Some pharmacy highlights include being managed by humans (no BOT telephone calls)...you will always reach and talk to a human. They also make free medication deliveries to Cedar Park residents. Cedar Park Express Pharmacy staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Will, a pharmacist, answered all my questions and appeared very knowledgeable. The pharmacy staff take pride in imparting personalized attention. It is welcoming to have a pharmacist see you as a human first and not just another prescription to fill. Cedar Park Pharmacy will be top on my list when I have a prescription to fill. They also sell over the counter items also.

They billed insurance as 27 day but charged me more for the two extra treatment days. I went inside to ask for clarification and the man argued with me and asked no one for assistance. When we arrived at the Randalls Pharmacy, the person working was very kind and said even though we were super early, they would be able to help us once the Pharmacist was off the phone. Once she hung up, she handed us some forms to complete and in the next 2 minutes, we were given our Booster shots. Voila! She was very helpful and answered a few of our questions about other vaccines. Very pleasant and our experience was great. IF we are ever in the Round Rock area, I would definitely return here.

I noticed at the checkout when the pharmacy employee said the price my husband said "boy that's expensive" and then she said the name of the medication which is revolution and I said "no that's not right". I said "the medication that the vet prescribed is revolt not revolution. " She then walked to the pharmacist and she came back and said "there is no such medication as revolt". I said "yes there is I've been using it for six years "and she said "no you're wrong. Revolt doesn't exist. " So as she was processing the refund of $245 -oh my gosh- to my husband, I looked up revolt on my phone and was trying to show it to the checker. She refused to look at my phone and I said "please look , revolt exists" and she said "oh look it's a chewy product" and I said "no it's a Google search." Then she said "your prescription was for revolution" and I said "no it wasn't. It was for revolt" and she said "I already talked to the pharmacist, the prescription was for revolution. She has the prescription". well thankfully I took a photograph of the prescription on my phone and I pulled up the prescription on my phone. I said "look" and again she refused to look she said "it doesn't matter. The pharmacist has your prescription" and I said "may I show my prescription to the pharmacist" please so she called the pharmacist. The pharmacist looked at the prescription and said we will try to find it for you. This was very stressful and the checker was very rude. Actually telling me I was wrong and that my medication did not exist. The pharmacist said "oh we thought that revolt was an abbreviation for revolution." Oh my gosh, GUESSING on a prescription!?! That can never happen. This is medication that is only available with a prescription and they are guessing!?! The only reason I gave this review two stars instead of one is because the pharmacist called me back later and apologized. I had a horrible experience today at Costco pharmacy. Please make sure that the prescription you receive is a prescription that you submitted and always make sure to take photograph of your prescription because if I did not have the proof on my phone today would've even been worse. At Costco pharmacy the customer is not always right, that was made very obvious today. Me being right was not even considered, and I was. And we're talking about prescribed medication. They guessed on the name and gave it to me with directions to use on my pet and it was not the correct medication. I do not like having to prove myself. The fact that my words could've been correct was not even considered. I was simply told I was wrong. And the fact that they were guessing on the prescription because they didn't know what revolt was. Amazing. A revolt is not a new medication, I've been using it for six years for my dog.
