I noticed at the checkout when the pharmacy employee said the price my husband said "boy that's expensive" and then she said the name of the medication which is revolution and I said "no that's not right". I said "the medication that the vet prescribed is revolt not revolution. " She then walked to the pharmacist and she came back and said "there is no such medication as revolt". I said "yes there is I've been using it for six years "and she said "no you're wrong. Revolt doesn't exist. " So as she was processing the refund of $245 -oh my gosh- to my husband, I looked up revolt on my phone and was trying to show it to the checker. She refused to look at my phone and I said "please look , revolt exists" and she said "oh look it's a chewy product" and I said "no it's a Google search." Then she said "your prescription was for revolution" and I said "no it wasn't. It was for revolt" and she said "I already talked to the pharmacist, the prescription was for revolution. She has the prescription". well thankfully I took a photograph of the prescription on my phone and I pulled up the prescription on my phone. I said "look" and again she refused to look she said "it doesn't matter. The pharmacist has your prescription" and I said "may I show my prescription to the pharmacist" please so she called the pharmacist. The pharmacist looked at the prescription and said we will try to find it for you. This was very stressful and the checker was very rude. Actually telling me I was wrong and that my medication did not exist. The pharmacist said "oh we thought that revolt was an abbreviation for revolution." Oh my gosh, GUESSING on a prescription!?! That can never happen. This is medication that is only available with a prescription and they are guessing!?! The only reason I gave this review two stars instead of one is because the pharmacist called me back later and apologized. I had a horrible experience today at Costco pharmacy. Please make sure that the prescription you receive is a prescription that you submitted and always make sure to take photograph of your prescription because if I did not have the proof on my phone today would've even been worse. At Costco pharmacy the customer is not always right, that was made very obvious today. Me being right was not even considered, and I was. And we're talking about prescribed medication. They guessed on the name and gave it to me with directions to use on my pet and it was not the correct medication. I do not like having to prove myself. The fact that my words could've been correct was not even considered. I was simply told I was wrong. And the fact that they were guessing on the prescription because they didn't know what revolt was. Amazing. A revolt is not a new medication, I've been using it for six years for my dog.

Never had any hesitation to ask questions or get interaction opinions. Doctors prescribe whatever and often care not of the interactions of the drugs prescribed. Here, they catch that and at least make you informed so you can get back to your doc to see alternatives. It is really a boutique pharmacy at budget prices.

When we arrived at the Randalls Pharmacy, the person working was very kind and said even though we were super early, they would be able to help us once the Pharmacist was off the phone. Once she hung up, she handed us some forms to complete and in the next 2 minutes, we were given our Booster shots. Voila! She was very helpful and answered a few of our questions about other vaccines. Very pleasant and our experience was great. IF we are ever in the Round Rock area, I would definitely return here.

Recently had an RX's tracking stall after a week. Called PD Labs to inquire because I was one day away from running out of a critical medication and they discovered my unit number had been missing from the address. They shipped a new RX overnight at their expense! The original RX eventually showed up that afternoon (the post person had guessed my unit number based on all of my other mail) and it was too late in the day to inform them (due to time difference). New RX arrived over the weekend. I called next business day to inform them of both orders arriving and asked how I could send the duplicate order back. They kindly told me to keep it for future use. Wow! Outstanding customer service which seems to be a lost art for many companies today. Thank you!!

I have a sore knee and went into Liberty Pharmacy & Medical Supply in search of a knee brace. While they had an assortment of braces, they did not have the one i was looking for. My vague recollection is that a woman had a green knee brace that you could pull on almost like hose but gripped much tighter. Needless to say, Liberty Pharmacy & Medical Supply did not have any such knee brace. They did have an assortment of braces for your arms and legs. The pharmacist was kind to point me to the section of the pharmacy that had the braces. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the brace I was seeking. Thus, my search continues...

For days they kept claiming that they called the doctor but no one answered. Each time I called they answered immediately. Then I tried to use a discount card that was specifically for their business and instead of telling me that they didn't take ANY discount cards, they just gave me a small discount and dismissed me. I sat in the parking lot trying to figure out why it was so much more than the coupon, so I went back in to see it and that is when they told me that they didn't take them. The inside of the pharmacy was very calming..like being at a spa calming!! Which was kinda surprising & so not expected!
