They are prompt about calling back regarding prescription updates and questions. There is also a minute clinic at this location, which I haven't visited. Pharmacy and store staff here are always respectful, helpful and patient.

Then I requested can you take one more please. Her reply -"what's the problem in this one". Reluctantly she took another pic, which was kinda similar. She just ran for printing and was charging me 60$ for 6 horrible pictures. I would have paid 60$ if the pic or experience was worth that money. It was really horrible. I felt like she was doing me huge favour by taking the pic. And I had absolutely no say in that.

My…read moretelemedicine doctor called my prescription in at 3 am, I got to the pharmacy about 10 minutes before they opened (at 850 am) to see if they could get my prescription filled asap (I was in a lot of pain) and they had the prescription filled and had me checked out by 905 am. The pharmacist and team were incredibly empathetic and I sincerely appreciate their kindness and help at a time when I was feeling so bad. Thank you.

I've worked retail and understand it gets busy, so I like to think I am a bit more patient than the average customer. I've visited Walmart Pharmacy on several occasions to pick up my dog's prescription. They can NEVER find his prescription. Out of the 4 different techs that have helped me on many different visits only 1 is able to find his prescription. The first time I went, the tech was obviously in a bad mood. The wait time was fairly long, but like I said Walmart is a busy place and there were quite a few people ahead of me. When I got to the front, I told her I recieved a notice that my dog's prescription was ready. The lady looked up my dog's prescription by name--no luck, under my name (perhaps the vet put it under my name..ok?) --no luck, my dog's birthday--no luck. "Well, it's not here" the tech said as she looks past me to wave in the next customer. Wait! I asked her if there was somebody else we could ask---"perhaps they put it somewhere else because it was called in by a vet." She looked peeved and told me to go to the service line and they could help me. Great, another line. Stood in that line for twenty minutes. The tech working this window was even less helpful. Not sure what abyss my dog's prescription fell into, but once again no luck in finding it. This lady told me to come back in 10mins to speak to a 3rd tech because he "knows where everything is at." Okay... I guess I could walk around. By now I have spent an hr trying to get my dog's prescription. I came back in exactly 10mins and stood toward the side where the 2nd tech could see. She did, and waved me to the front. Yes! This tech must know the super secret way of looking up prescriptions in thier system. "What's your dog's birthday", he asked. I told him and what do you know-- popped up right away. Walked over to the line of prescription bags and there it is. Thank you! Paid and done. Unfortunatley, I've had to do this dance with walmart pharmacy everytime! I've gotten to the point where I let people go ahead of me just to avoid wasting time with certain techs. I think I will be making the extra 10 min drive to the next nearest walmart just to see if I can experience a better walmart pharmacy.

They delivered their promise of 30 mins from when I place my order to when it's ready for pick up. Pick-up was a bit of a mess but they figured it out once I called the store after waiting at the curbside pickup parking spot for 5 mins.

I was in a lot of pain due to an ongoing issue so just getting here was rough but my doctor was not free until a future date and was hoping for some help. So I pushed through, usually my wife is with me to help but she had to work. There was as usual just one person on, so I was seen sometime well after my appointment time then they literally did nothing. They didn't or couldn't prescribe anything more, they didn't look at anything or test anything. The last time she at least probed and looked for pain. They suggested seeing a doctor which I already had scheduled, they wouldn't know that but still. Seems they can't prescribe anything strong for pain relief and so I paid and traveled in pain for nothing to be done. It was the worst experience and to pay for nothing, not even advice beyond see someone else which I already figured out and had planned is really really frustrating. It seems almost like insurance fraud for the part my insurance paid since nothing was done. Unless I have NO other choice I will not be back here again.
