Called PD Labs to inquire because I was one day away from running out of a critical medication and they discovered my unit number had been missing from the address. They shipped a new RX overnight at their expense! The original RX eventually showed up that afternoon (the post person had guessed my unit number based on all of my other mail) and it was too late in the day to inform them (due to time difference). New RX arrived over the weekend. I called next business day to inform them of both orders arriving and asked how I could send the duplicate order back. They kindly told me to keep it for future use. Like other locations, all the national sales are present here, including BOGOs, and buy one-get one. Since the medication disposal box is by the pharmacy, I was able to hear some interactions, and found the employees to be courteous. At one point an employee even searched for a lower price for the rx for the customer. Someone was told she had to wait, and it was done kindly, presenting options for waiting. I see reviews with the complaints, but on this day, the pharmacy was running fine.

I had to stop at this Walgreen's to pick up some strong pain medication that couldn't couldn't be taken until I got home (I was driving.). I called to ask if they could get the RX's ready ASAP. Adam took the call and said they'd get to work on it immediately. By the time I got there, the one-time-use heat pack from the ER that had provided some relief, was already cooling, and my pain was extreme. Adam found a heat pack, microwaved it, and handed it to me, giving me enough blessed relief to be able to continue my drive home. Thank you Adam for being so caring and helpful.
