Recently had an RX's tracking stall after a week. Called PD Labs to inquire because I was one day away from running out of a critical medication and they discovered my unit number had been missing from the address. They shipped a new RX overnight at their expense! The original RX eventually showed up that afternoon (the post person had guessed my unit number based on all of my other mail) and it was too late in the day to inform them (due to time difference). New RX arrived over the weekend. I called next business day to inform them of both orders arriving and asked how I could send the duplicate order back. They kindly told me to keep it for future use. Since the medication disposal box is by the pharmacy, I was able to hear some interactions, and found the employees to be courteous. At one point an employee even searched for a lower price for the rx for the customer. Someone was told she had to wait, and it was done kindly, presenting options for waiting. I see reviews with the complaints, but on this day, the pharmacy was running fine.

My vague recollection is that a woman had a green knee brace that you could pull on almost like hose but gripped much tighter. Needless to say, Liberty Pharmacy & Medical Supply did not have any such knee brace. They did have an assortment of braces for your arms and legs.
