I've been asked to pay again for this medication 3 TIMES and I still have no medication! I've called twice and each person I've talked to has told me it's another week bc of testing. The first person said he "saw my bin with medication in it and was putting it on the top" then the next person Intalked to said they "no longer had my medication in its correct dosage" and someone would call me back TODAY with instructions. (No call back). So someone went into a bin with my name on it and took the paid for medication to use for someone else because they had a "lot of orders"?! How is that okay? Is this place a scam? What if this was a senior or anyone urgently needing their medication and they are asked to pay again for the medication, that is already paid for, each time they call? How is this good practice?

Never had any hesitation to ask questions or get interaction opinions. Doctors prescribe whatever and often care not of the interactions of the drugs prescribed. Here, they catch that and at least make you informed so you can get back to your doc to see alternatives. It is really a boutique pharmacy at budget prices.

For days they kept claiming that they called the doctor but no one answered. Each time I called they answered immediately. Then I tried to use a discount card that was specifically for their business and instead of telling me that they didn't take ANY discount cards, they just gave me a small discount and dismissed me. I sat in the parking lot trying to figure out why it was so much more than the coupon, so I went back in to see it and that is when they told me that they didn't take them. SMH this place was the biggest headache ever and if it wasn't for my Adderall being so difficult and expensive to get I would of stayed with HEB pharmacy

The inside of the pharmacy was very calming..like being at a spa calming!! Which was kinda surprising & so not expected! It pains me to have to leave a poor review. But today's experience was unacceptable…read more I dropped off a prescription for my dog last week and so today I'm going to pick up the medication. I noticed at the checkout when the pharmacy employee said the price my husband said "boy that's expensive" and then she said the name of the medication which is revolution and I said "no that's not right". I said "the medication that the vet prescribed is revolt not revolution. " She then walked to the pharmacist and she came back and said "there is no such medication as revolt". I said "yes there is I've been using it for six years "and she said "no you're wrong. Revolt doesn't exist. " So as she was processing the refund of $245 -oh my gosh- to my husband, I looked up revolt on my phone and was trying to show it to the checker. She refused to look at my phone and I said "please look , revolt exists" and she said "oh look it's a chewy product" and I said "no it's a Google search." Then she said "your prescription was for revolution" and I said "no it wasn't. It was for revolt" and she said "I already talked to the pharmacist, the prescription was for revolution. She has the prescription". well thankfully I took a photograph of the prescription on my phone and I pulled up the prescription on my phone. I said "look" and again she refused to look she said "it doesn't matter. The pharmacist has your prescription" and I said "may I show my prescription to the pharmacist" please so she called the pharmacist. The pharmacist looked at the prescription and said we will try to find it for you. This was very stressful and the checker was very rude. Actually telling me I was wrong and that my medication did not exist. The pharmacist said "oh we thought that revolt was an abbreviation for revolution." Oh my gosh, GUESSING on a prescription!?! That can never happen. This is medication that is only available with a prescription and they are guessing!?! The only reason I gave this review two stars instead of one is because the pharmacist called me back later and apologized. I had a horrible experience today at Costco pharmacy. Please make sure that the prescription you receive is a prescription that you submitted and always make sure to take photograph of your prescription because if I did not have the proof on my phone today would've even been worse. At Costco pharmacy the customer is not always right, that was made very obvious today. Me being right was not even considered, and I was. And we're talking about prescribed medication. They guessed on the name and gave it to me with directions to use on my pet and it was not the correct medication. I do not like having to prove myself. The fact that my words could've been correct was not even considered. I was simply told I was wrong. And the fact that they were guessing on the prescription because they didn't know what revolt was. Amazing. A revolt is not a new medication, I've been using it for six years for my dog.

I paid ~$20 for my estradiol cream prescription twice. They had to correct information from…read moreoriginal prescription because they put it in wrong. They wanted $50 for second refill. They billed insurance as 27 day but charged me more for the two extra treatment days. I went inside to ask for clarification and the man argued with me and asked no one for assistance. I left because he said I would have to contact my insurance. As I was leaving parking lot, I received a text about my prescription. The price had been reduced to what I previously paid. Very poor customer service. This happened on 05/01/2026.
