This is a well-stocked Walgreens with friendly staff. Alas, it's tough to give it higher than a 3-star rating as it has to be balanced out with the speed of the pharmacy. My dealings with the pharmacy have been pleasant and it makes me feel good that they're knowledgeable about both the meds and the insurance payments. However, as many people have already commented, this location is over-worked and under-staffed. If possible, I'd recommend trying to order and pick up your meds on off-hours. And stay away from their drive-thru, there always seems to be 3-4 cars backed up there! read more

I hate the phone system. Never get to a person. Perpetual Holds. Infuriating! Stupid walgreens

The store is clean and easily navigated. The line for the pharmacy is odd because it snakes around, and when it's long, it blocks the ends of rows. I've had no issues checking out inside, whether it's at the pharmacy counter or at the front register. One problem I have is with the pharmacy drive-thru; more than half of the time the tech fails to record my phone number for the Walgreen's reward program. I've contacted the store and have been assured that they know they are supposed to do it. I now ask them to please do it. However, today when I did that, the tech just stared at me, printed my receipt and sent my Rx out. And of course, she did not record my phone number. This is just lazy. read more

I was told they would hold my medication until 08/10 I got there at 1:30 pm on 08/10 and waited for their lunch break to end. then when I asked about my medication they told me it wasn't there and had pulled it off the shelves already. when I asked why they said hold until means they will pull it off the shelves on the hold until date. after doin my research it turns out they just pulled it early and instead of owning it they just lie to cover themselves. incredibly annoying they pulled it early but also the main problem being they really lied about it knowing better. read more

Did you know that Walgreens do not trust their employees? When a employee get off their shift they have a manager check their belongings for any stolen items. So how you you trust a Walgreens employee if Walgreens don't? How do you know if a employee didn't install a skimmer on the cash register and get your debit card information? How do you know what the employees is doing with your personal information when you fill your prescriptions? What type of person is Walgreens hiring that they don't trust? Walgreens search their employees at the front door which I believe is a violation of Texas law. The law read Searches may be done on a random basis or based upon reasonable suspicion. "Reasonable suspicion" means circumstances suggesting to a reasonable person that there is a possibility that one or more individuals may be in possession of a prohibited item as defined above. Any search under this policy will be done in a manner protecting employees' privacy, confidentiality, and personal dignity to the greatest extent possible. If I was a Walgreens employee I will contact a attorney as I believe your right are being violated. I believe this has the making of a class action lawsuit. read more

Walgreens makes life so much easier! The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. But the real magic? Their online shopping with free delivery--I can snag everything I need without leaving the house. Plus, their online deal savers mean I'm always finding great discounts on my must-haves. Between in-store convenience, amazing online deals, and hassle-free delivery, this Walgreens is a total 5-star winner! read more

Horrible pharmacy it takes days to get any prescriptions and they are so rude !! I was in pain took two weeks to get the medication read more

I typically prefer Walgreens over CVS but not in the case of this store. Processing prescriptions are at their convenience so don't expect any sense of urgency from them. Try to call? Expect to be on terminal hold. Chat? Expect chat rep to refer you back to store that doesn't answer phone. This pharmacy needs an overhaul. Get your medication elsewhere or expect to be frustrated here. read more

I had placed an order for pictures online. I got a confirmation my order was ready but when I went to pickup on Christmas Eve, Steven (the employee) was rude from the second I walked up. He started with "first, did you get a confirmation?" I said yes and showed him. He said he didn't have my order and I was fine with that because these things happen but asked how I should go about placing an order that will for sure be filled same day. We do a Christmas tradition for Santa by leaving birthday party pictures out with milk and cookies since my daughter's birthday is 10 days before Christmas. He said he didn't know, and given he is the employee and should be able to direct me how to best place the order, I asked again to please find out. His response was "next customer." I said "wow, you're going to devastate a 4 year old," and as I was half way through the store to leave he yelled "SHE WONT REMEMBER!" I've never seen such bad customer service. It was very shocking. read more

I ordered a prescription refill by phone on Saturday and was told it would be ready Tuesday after 11:15am. Stopped to pick it up Tuesday afternoon and was told it was out of stock and to come back Wednesday (when I don't have time to do that.) Why wasn't there a courtesy notice informing me so I wouldn't waste a trip??? Plus the line was long so it took quite awhile to even get that news. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Seriously if you must shop at Walgreens drive the 2.6 miles from this location to save yourself the pain & headache. Having a Masters in Healthcare I'm more than understanding when it comes to patient experience, customer satisfaction, quality products & services... but I'm absolutely mortified to express the frustration, disappointment, & disbelief in the service received by the staff in this store. Store Lead (Laura) refused to accept my valid ID because she didn't know how to enter the details into the computer. So much for 'satisfaction guaranteed' regarding their products. After speaking with an incredible Escalation Manager (Latoya) over the phone, she went above & beyond to assist me in this matter. So grateful for her patience, understanding, care, & follow through in helping me! Additionally, I spoke with two other customer customer service representatives in the store that didn't have name tags on, refuse to give me their information or provide the name and contact number for the store manager and or district manager for this area. Everybody just shrugged their shoulders and told me they didn't know what to do in this situation. After getting off the phone with customer service, thinking the problem was about to be taken care of by the shift lead. I waited for 15 minutes upfront, waiting on Laura to return. Despite her team member calling her multiple times on their walkie-talkie, this person never returned upfront to finish, assisting me in this issue. **she was hiding in the back of the store, avoiding the 'on floor work'. I urged Walgreens to reassess the staff at this location, provide customer service training/education in hopes of this team leader handling situation such as this with care, compassion, and integrity. And by actually following Walgreens policies instead of just making up her own so her job is easier. DON'T GO HERE. read more

Grant in the Pharmacy was extremely rude and acted ignorant. People like this don't need to be customer facing much less have a job! Plenty of people out there would love a job much less can face a customer and show good customer service especially working with people who have help needs... terrible on this individual. Definitely submitting something to the regional manager. read more

This Walgreens gets more and more ridiculous by the day. Whoever was the snotty pharmacist working 1/5/2023, at Walgreens Crystal Falls discriminates. She's lazy and doesn't want to work so she makes up a new way to count. Didn't know there are "days" in between each real day. Example, this moron said there is a day in between the day you pick up your Rx to The actual next day. Ex you pick Up Thursdays, then made up day, then Friday. She says she counts her made up day so that why she can use her own discretion as to when she wants to fill it. Wow I said how about we count real days and use Real numbers. She said please don't do that. I said why bc you know you are wrong. Ugh Just another way for her to Be lazy and not fill medications. Not going back to this ridiculous place. read more

They left voicemail with me saying they were having insurance billing issues for me so my script being filled would be delayed. So I called 5 min later and they didn't know what I was talking about and said they didn't have insurance billing issues for me and that they have to redo the whole process to fill my script which would take a few hours. These people don't know what they are doing and the reviews about this pharmacy are 100% accurate on being trash. read more

This Walgreens pharmacy (and a few others in the Cedar Park/Leander area) does not completely fill prescriptions. They have, on 11 separate occasions, partially filled my prescriptions. 10 times for insulin and 1 time for glucagon kits - in other words very specific medications for the preservation of life. When going back to get the remainder of the prescription, they refused to give me it to me because "the prescription was already completely fulfilled." They seemed to have changed the prescription my doctor sent in to match what they actually gave me. They have also changed the date of two prescriptions that I purposefully ordered before my insurance renewed; so I went from having insurance cover the whole amount because I'd met my deductible and out of pocket max, to owing a few hundred dollars after the first of the year. All this to say, Walgreens pharmacy cheats customers and I highly recommend never going here for prescriptions. Go to CVS or H-E-B. read more

This is my first time ever coming to Walgreens where everytime I come Into this location every one is running wild like a chicken with their head cut off . No one ever has anything together. They can never find anything. I have been here multiple time where on app it says my prescription is ready once I arrived they have said it wasn't available which is weird if I got Confirmation via app. I will not be using this location anymore going forward I will have to try H‑E‑B or CVS. This is unacceptable. read more

Depending on the store customer service usually very good! But like everyone we all have an off moment! So, moving on! I like the availability of their vitamins and bandages! The manager is rude and yes customers can see your sweeping eye rolls. You clearly don't believe in customer service and experience. No wonder retail is going out of business with such employees handling customers. I am turned off by Walgreens and its employees. This is the most ridiculous pharmacy. Here is a list if what will happen when you place refills: 1. Mobile requests for delivery stay pending for weeks unless you call 2. If they dont have you medication in stock, they just cancel the order! ( has happened twice in past week. Had to finally call to get them to order it.) 3. Almost every refill requires a second call or order to get. 4. Staff hang up on you as if your prescription is not important It is going to take some old person's family to sue them when their loved one needs life saving medication that they can get because every here is so stupid ! read more

I hate giving negative reviews. You really have to piss me off to get anything below 4 stars. But this is the single worst run establishment of any kind. To say the pharmacy is incompetent and clueless is putting it nicely. If you get out of here waiting 30 minutes or less you just won the lottery. If they are out of stock of a certain medication they won't help beyond telling you they are sold out. No path forward. I wish there was a single redeeming quality about this team but they seem to almost strive for creating the worst customer experience ever. read more

I worked there as a pharmacy tech and really enjoyed the safe environment. Supervisor was well aware of their jobs and treated their employees with dignity and respect as well as their patients. The Walgreens pharmacy here is comprised of the most incompetent dumb employees i've ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. i go to pick up a script, they say it's not ready yet come back in 15 minutes. went back a couple of hours later as i was working, and they say it's out of stock. well the doctor is now closed for the day. how did they NOT know that morning they were out of stock? let alone the wait times are 30+ minutes just to get to the window. i mean really? to put the icing on the cake, this isn't the first issue i've had with them. they seemingly "lose" prescriptions that the doctors office confirms they've sent in multiple times. honestly if you want any kind of competent care, go elsewhere. read more

The pharmacy is the worst one ever. I don't like to give bad reviews, but they deserve it. Heavy set woman with hair up is awful, rude, lazy and a disgrace. She's the worst employee I've ever seen in a store. Rude, and I mean rude and disrespectful. Walgreens - Entry - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Leander, Texas

My message to their corporate office - I want to start this message off with that I have only ever used Walgreens as my pharmacy, but after recent visits to the Leader Walgreens (we just moved to the area two years ago) I have decided that the Walgreens Pharmacy near my house is not the standard that I am used to. I want to document a mistake that has happened at this pharmacy twice in the last year. My 1 year old daughter has had 2 ear infections and both times she was prescribed amoxicillin. Both times this pharmacy has filled it and we have not had enough medicine to last the standard 10 days worth of medicine. This most recent time we were short 1.5 days of medicine. I called the pharmacy today (11/10/19) around 2:00 pm and the pharmacist disagreed that we did not have enough and that there should have been the appropriate amount. The bottle given to us says its 100 ml but if that were the case, then the bottle would need to be filled to the rim for it to have the appropriate amount of doses and not a drop wasted. (5ml twice a day for 10 days = 100ml). The second mistake this pharmacy has made is proper customer service. I asked the pharmacist if they can provide us enough amoxicillin so my daughter doesn't miss more than a dose. She was rude and said they cannot because there is no refill on the prescription. But I am not asking for a refill. I am asking for them to provide the appropriate amount of medicine my doctor prescribed and wasn't given to me by this pharmacy. She said again that we were given appropriate amount. At that point I brought up the bottle size and dose amount and told her it couldn't have been the appropriate amount. She started being argumentative and explained how they mix it and I brought up that this has happened before and that something is off here. My 1 year old is now going to miss 3 doses of medicine due to the error of this pharmacy. She then said I'm sorry and hung up on me. Given that I am a lifelong Walgreens customer I hope that Corporate takes this complaint seriously and documents it with this particular pharmacy. I will not be going back to this Walgreen's in the foreseeable future and instead will go to another pharmacy nearby. read more
