However the service is on the rude side, the offerings mediocre for the price charged, and like other people I had issues with the card reader when I came in. Preface by saying the pharmacist and employees at this location are very nice and try to be…read morehelpful, but the folks at the CVS Corporate level need to clean up their act... If you have a prescription filled at any CVS, and, after getting home, have a question come up for a licensed pharmacist regarding your medication, you have to leave a voicemail for a pharmacist to call you back, thus, it will necessary to call another pharmacy chain like Walgreens, HEB, or Costco, etc. to actually speak to a pharmacist, which also puts a strain on their pharmacists who are busy trying to do their job, which includes answering questions and counseling on Rx medications. This is not the fault of the pharmacist or pharmacy employees, but rather a terrible corporate practice at CVS, which could lead to a health endangering situation. I am going to redirect future prescriptions to Walgreens or another large(or small) "full service" pharmacy, where although it may be necessary to wait on hold, at least you can count on having a pharmacist answer an important question.

At the risk of being a broken record, QT is the best convenience store chain for everyday life…read more Sure, the Beaver is a great place for road trips, souvenirs, and all things Texas. But for clean stores, fair prices, great drinks of all sorts, and really good snack options -- even after hours, QT is the best. Stopped in late Wednesday night and I was as impressed as usual. There's plenty of drinks. The store is well lit. The store is clean. The staff is beyond friendly. The snack bar is closed, but there's plenty of great stuff on the roller grill. (FYI, the steak and cheese taquitos are stellar.) The condiment area for the roller grill/snack bar is spotless -- and stocked. 2 taquitos and 2 fountain drinks for under $6.
