Ruby and Juvey were outstanding! They took the time to explain the beers, made great food and drink suggestions, and the conversation was just as good as everything else. The whole vibe of this place is so chill and laid back. It's the kind of spot where you can sit back, enjoy a great beer and food, and just relax. The craft cocktail menu is also next level, and we already know we'll be back to try more of it. For our first visit, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great food, great drinks, great people, and an awesome atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Regardless of the situation, there is a certain level of respect that should be maintained, especially as a business owner. I understand businesses have rules, but there are respectful ways to address concerns without belittling loyal customers. As a business owner, you should prioritize your customers' needs and treat them with dignity, even during disagreements. My family has supported Warpath for years, and seeing a family member spoken to this way is upsetting. You can enforce your rules without being disrespectful. The way you treat your customers reflects the values of your business, and I would have expected much more professionalism.

NOT a restaurant experience more like fast food joint. One person brought our drinks and the soda was flat. The other brough us our food and I will say our hot dogs were good; although we shared fries because they do not come included with your order. The atmosphere and decor does not match what I thought would be a theme, kind of sad that it focuses on the beer but even then, the decor is cold. Because you really do not get a server, no one comes by to check on your service, food or refills. And remember you already tipped when you placed the order! When you go out you want an experience and we did not get that here.

I do appreciate the option for Impossible dogs and burgers, though you'll have to order them without a bun and most toppings to keep it vegan. It seems like a neighborhood spot where the people are friendly and no one is judging if you need to start happy hour at 3pm. On that note though, it's a huge bummer that the happy hour deals got a major downgrade. Instead of all drinks being $5 flat, now it's just $3 off select cocktails and $2 off beer and wine. Since the Four Points location closed, I get it, they're clearly trying to cut back and improve margins. It's a fine deal but for the quality of cocktails, not really worth it anymore.

The food is always incredible, but what truly sets this place apart is the people. Kylie, Nathan, Maddie, and so many others on the team consistently go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely valued. Their kindness never feels forced -- it's just who they are. One moment that really stayed with me was when I brought my young niece, who has several allergies and can also be a bit picky with food. The chef personally came out to our table to ask thoughtful questions, understand her allergies better, and make sure she felt safe and comfortable eating there. That level of care meant so much to our family. Now that I'm pregnant, the staff continues to be just as attentive, accommodating, and thoughtful. They always make sure I'm comfortable and taken care of, and it honestly feels like visiting friends every time we walk through the door. Restaurants with great food are everywhere. Restaurants with genuinely wonderful people are rare. Jack Allen's is one of those rare places, and we're incredibly grateful for the amazing team there.

We started off with the queso and guacamole. They queso was delicious and while the guacamole was fresh it needed some salt. For my meal I got the special which was the bacon wrapped meatloaf. My husband got the fried pork chop and said it was cooked perfectly and that the gravy was delicious. Overall, an enjoyable meal and we would return.

They also have a nice selection of food. I had the redfish with pesto risotto and baby carrots. The fish was cooked perfectly and had wonderful flavor, but the dish came out a little cooler than I would have liked, and the carrots could have used a touch longer in the pan. Still, it was a good dish and I would order it again. My wife had the pasta with vodka sauce, which also had great flavor but was served a bit cool. My mom had the lasagna. The taste was good, but the noodles were too soft and lacked a little bite, so she wasn't a big fan, though I thought it was okay. While we waited, we placed our orders using the QR codes at the table. We shared the pretzel and bratwurst app which came with a side of mustard, beer cheese, and sauerkraut. It was pretty filling and was great with beer. I opted for the apple ginger cider. It's non-alcoholic but I didn't miss the alcohol because it was such a delicious, fizzy drink. We also shared a Hawaiian pizza-- it was decent. Trivia was fun but it was kind of a bummer that we couldn't hear the announcer so you had to pay close attention to the TVs for the next round to start. The sound was set to the UT game instead.
