One of the pharmacists at this location consistently treats patients like suspects during routine monthly refills. While fraud prevention is part of the job, it does not excuse repeatedly subjecting compliant patients to unnecessary scrutiny. Each month, my prescription is delayed by two additional days for "investigation" of dosage differences that are already clearly documented and medically justified. This is not due diligence--it is a recurring obstruction to care. This pattern is unreasonable, unprofessional, and creates avoidable barriers to timely access to prescribed medication. Location is rude and conducts illegal practices. Multiple times I have had the doctor refuse to refill my medication cus I'm not within 2 mile radius of their store location. Under law they can't deny medication based on address. It's only when I make reports to Board of Pharmacy that they clean up their act for a period of time. read more

OMG! HEB get it together. I followed YOUR instuctions after HEB pharmacy got the new system only to be told I get to spend at least 30 min merging my and husband acct (they previously were one acct and HEB changed to ake seperate accts) and cancel orders, re enter order! The 800 number number to merge acct with HEB doesn't open till 9:00 am exactly when my first meeting of the day starts! HEB's pharmacy has made my day start off challenging! AGAIN. Terrible workers specifically the old ass man with the glasses. I went in to pick up a prescription after a doctors appointment just to have this man give me the biggest attitude because my prescription hasn't come in. At that moment I understood that it's not on him it's clear that my prescription just hasn't been sent through so instead of giving me the chance to ask him how long would it take for it to be ready when it is sent through, he interrupted me, mansplain how this process works, and treated me like I didn't have a single cell in my brain. I've been sick for a couple of days and I'm on medication and I'm in pain just like everyone else waiting in line at the pharmacy so there is no need for his behavior. Unless they're treating you with disrespect, treat your customers with respect. HEB should really look at who they're hiring. read more

I ordered a some of Zack from there and they told me that it was the first come first serve basis then I ordered my lances from them and talk to him yesterday and told him I was gonna come pick it up today and theysent it back. horrifying experience. prescription was sent Monday, called to confirm, said no rush you can fill it Wednesday if you're busy. called back Thursday AM to see if it was ready, they said they can fill it, I said okay thank you. I then I call Friday midday to check what was going on and they said they don't have the prescription. Insanity. I'll be driving 30 minutes to my old HEB pharmacy in Lakeway to avoid this place, it sucks because I live so close to this one. Absolutely terrifying that these people handle medications. read more

There is a reason this pharmacy is rated so low. I had a terrible experience with the pharmacist. After he accepted my Goodrx coupons, he called my mother (unassociated) and told her the pills would be $500 a piece. Instead of apologizing for his mistake I literally had to say "are you going to acknowledge what you've done here? You've created alarm, sir." He was entirely unbudging/ inappropriate and I will never fill there again. There are plenty of other HEBs in the vicinity. read more

I use this pharmacy for the convenience since I get my groceries here. The staff here are completely careless and lazy and just flat out don't care about the customers. Not sure why they got into this field if they don't care about helping people? I made a request to the pharmacy to call my doctor for a refill. I didn't get a call/text for 3 business days so I called them to follow up on my own. I find out my doctor rejected the request right away b/c he wanted me to come in for a office visit but the pharmacy just failed to notify me about it. The worker on the phone told me someone had CLEARED the info w/o calling me and said some people there just don't call. Again, not sure why the pharmacy wouldn't notify the customer about this type of info when it's very important. Now I'm about to be out of medication that I need to take everyday for a chronic illness and need to wait another week to be seen by the doctor. I could have called and made my doctor visit sooner had the staff cared to let me know what happened w/ the refill request. This is just pure laziness and careless act by the staff at this pharmacy. read more

Very professional staff, always willing to help and spend the extra time to give medical advice. When I've had trouble with Rx prescriptions, the pharmacy staff goes above and beyond to get them rectified. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. The parking leaves a lot to be desired but once you get inside, I always have a good experience. read more

I love this HEB, but the pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. My Vet called in pain meds for my pup, they call and say it's on back order come in two days. Show up, oh yea, we didn't recieve it. It will be another week, we'll call when its ready. Thank GOD I know how to care for my pup because now I come back and it's not here because they returned it to stock because I didnt come get it. I've had so many issues with this pharmacy. There have been a couple instances where I called and they asked me to hold, which isn't a big deal. I was waiting for a long time. I tried to be patient because I figured they were just really busy. My phone said I'd been on the call for about 9 minutes and about 8 minutes and 50 seconds of it was spent being on hold. I hung up and called back immediately. They picked up after one ring and they were able to assist me right then. I guess they forgot about me. Also, my doctor's office contacted them multiple times with approval for a medication that needed authorization. My nurse said she called them several times and they said it was taken care of yet I couldn't get my medicine for weeks because they said there was no authorization!! Also, there's a girl there that is never nice. She has a sour attitude. read more

I have literally never had an experience with this pharmacy where there was not a problem and getting the employees to take accountability for their actions and make something right is never going to happen.
