The kicker of this mornings visit... I had to walk to the other side of the store to do self checkout... no cashiers... the self checkout stations near the main entrance were not set up for customers... which is fine but makes no sense and there always seems to be something that doesn't make sense about their set up when I visit. Then on my way out, my bags and receipts were THOROUGHLY checked, as well as the lady at the entrance then looked inside my purse after checking everything and saw my febreeze car plugs (I put them there intentionally so I wouldn't forget to plug them into the front) and asked me to take my receipt back out to make sure I had paid for them. Sure she's doing her job... and very well at that... but the vibe I get from the store is that most of the employees just don't care. So with all that said, I don't like going here unless I absolutely HAVE TO. And even then I don't get my hopes up cause they don't usually have what I need.

The pharmacist called and talked to me directly with questions about some medication I was transferring there and she was very polite as well. The store is very clean and I am always greeted when I walk into this CVS. Other Pharmacies do not offer the same customer service. If they do not have my medicine, they seem to overnight the meds I need filled without any issue. I once forgot my military ID at the pharmacy and the associate called me to let me know I forgot it. She said she would keep it safe as long as it took to get back to the store. I highly recommend using this CVS.

Never had any hesitation to ask questions or get interaction opinions. Doctors prescribe whatever and often care not of the interactions of the drugs prescribed. Then I tried to use a discount card that was specifically for their business and instead of telling me that they didn't take ANY discount cards, they just gave me a small discount and dismissed me. I sat in the parking lot trying to figure out why it was so much more than the coupon, so I went back in to see it and that is when they told me that they didn't take them.
