When you call the Pharmacy, you have to leave a message and if lucky you get a text message but you can't talk to the Pharmacy. In my profile, it clearly stars no childproof caps, but I picked up two meds. They both had childproof caps. I called the store, and I had to return to the store to get the bottles tops changed. Of course, there was a line at the pharmacy as well. I did get an. I'm sorry, but nothing like we will let the person who filled it about their error. Do not come here for passport pictures! This is my third bad time at this location. This time I came in after visiting two other CVS locations in the area , quick stop for passport pictures. There was a big rush when I walked in so I waited like 30 minutes until things calmed down because there was one employee at the front. Once another employee comes in I'm asked what I need help with and I say oh a passport picture for my baby and they quickly reply we do not take passport pictures for babies or kids. Which is weird because on their website they're a qualifying stores that does them. I just left because I knew it depends on the employees if they do it or not. read more

I went in late last night to buy teacher gift cards, the self kiosk completely messed up my transaction. I had two supervisors there working to correct the issue, Cade specifically, was very kind even though I was upset and himself and the other woman worked so hard to fix the issue, but I had to wait till the morning. I left feeling like tomorrow I'm going to have to really advocate and fight for them to return my money since I was charged and the machine errored. To my surprise Peggy the store manager was SO helpful. We resolved the issue in less than an hour. I came here to pick up my prescription and the black female pharmacist was angry and screaming at her co worker and one customer at the drive thru. Everybody noticed it and I spoke to one of the employees of CVS and the guy said they always have problem at the pharmacy. Like a previous reviewer said, they really don't care about their customers at all. I complained about the fact that I was charged twice (one on my credit card, the other on my wife's credit card), the pharmacy manager made up a bunch of excuses. He was trying to diffuse the question and kept saying ultimately there should be only one final charge. Well, that's two different things. I told them it's either a system bug of yours or your staff is not trained well. Business 101, don't charge customers twice. These people never say sorry. They insist that you use the kiosk when they know that they're broken. Rather than just opening a cash register, they have their employees hover so that you have to use your card for five times before it will finally accept the charge. It's completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I am going to start using another pharmacy rather than deal with the bs. read more

The worst pharmacy ever! Scheduled a rapid covid test with them and waited 3 hours in the car. Called them every 30 mins and they just tell me to wait in the car for their call. Called them again 3 hours later and they said they have been trying to call me which is BS! I didn't get a call at all!!!! Then they said it was too late and they couldn't take me anymore??? I recently moved to the area about 10 months ago and have had nothing but problems with this CVS. The staff has always been rude. They couldn't find two of my prescriptions one time even though I showed them in the app where it says they were filled and ready for pick up. There have been other minor hiccups here and there that I was trying to be forgiving and understanding about, but this most recent time was the last straw. I had just gotten refills of my medication sent to the pharmacy from my doctor. The pharmacy called on my day off (the day I would have been able to pick it up - now granted they don't know it's my day off) and told me they don't have my prescription in stock and have to special order it and it would be ready the next day. I work 12 hour days so I raced home today, took the toll road to try and get there before 8. Got in line at 7:50, waited 14 minutes and got up to the front of the line at 8:04, and they told me I had to come back tomorrow to get my medicine as they were already off the clock. They told me they would be more than happy to assist me at 10 am tomorrow morning. I am going to be switching pharmacies after I pick up this prescription. read more

Worst customer service experience ever. Who addresses customers by saying "what do you want?" and the attitude that follows even before hearing out the question and throughout the conversation? And this was coming from a senior employee or manager. The employees are rude and racist. CVS needs to train their people better. The drive thru is horrible long due to the fact that some idiot thought it was a good idea to place a covid box in the drive thru. Now everyone suffers while these fools test themselves in the line while everyone else waits. MOVE THE BOX!!!!! It's ok to get the supplies from the drive thru but move the collection box to the front of the store to free up the drive thru for people needing prescription medication for which the drive thru sole purpose to for. I just need to move my families prescriptions to Walgreens where they're smart enough to honor the real purpose of what a drive thru is supposed to be. read more

I came to get a prescription and they couldn't find it. I called my doctor to try to figure out what happened and they said they did send it. I go back and I tell them that they can call the urgent care to verify and the Asian lady currently working there I didn't get her name told me that they were about to close and it was not closing time. You are going to deny a medicine when all you had to do is call the urgent care to verify and took me from my right to get some medicine to get better when you are still working.. horrible. That really ruined my night and now I have to drive around to find another pharmacy when I'm feeling horrible. What a joke of service. read more

We are moving to Pflugerville and I needed to find a new pharmacy away from downtown Austin. The Staff are friendly, helpful, and very polite. The pharmacist called and talked to me directly with questions about some medication I was transferring there and she was very polite as well. The store is very clean and I am always greeted when I walk into this CVS. Other Pharmacies do not offer the same customer service. If they do not have my medicine, they seem to overnight the meds I need filled without any issue. I once forgot my military ID at the pharmacy and the associate called me to let me know I forgot it. She said she would keep it safe as long as it took to get back to the store. I highly recommend using this CVS. read more

I registered on line to get a COVID test. However when I got there the girl was smoking a cigarette out upside and looked dirty. I went up to her and she rushed to put a mask on and shooed me away and said to to the back. She failed to wash her hands and clean her self up before doing the test so I left. CVS should really consider who they hire Ans it's not a good reflection of their company Ans she's running people off. Don't get the test her, instead go to bright star. I wish I could give this pharmacy an even lower score. My dad has produced a blood clot after breaking his hip and got out of the rehabilitation center today. I went to the closest pharmacy which was CVS to fill his many prescriptions he has with Parkinson's and a blood thinner for his blood clot. The pharmacy tech asked if I needed his prescription tonight at around 8 pm and I said yes. She said she would call when it was ready or send a text. Well after not getting one by 9:30 went to the pharmacy to find out it's closed and when trying to get it transferred to a 24 hour one they said it was still pending in the system and it couldn't be released unless there was a pharmacist on the other end to do that and of course it was closed. If my father has issues with this blood clot, I will specifically blame this CVS and their lack of competence. Awful... I dropped off 2 waterproof cameras for developing 10 weeks ago!!! I still have no pictures. I've talk to CVS at least 4 times every couple weeks to find out where they are. Today I'm told the company has no record of receiving my cameras!!!!! Worst service ever. My husband passed away last year and we had gone to Hawaii for our honeymoon. I took My daughter this year, because she wanted to go and see what my husband and I did. These pictures are extremely important to us. I'm am passed the point of pissed right now. They better find my pictures or the cameras, or they will be reimbursing me for the cameras and what I paid for the manta ray excursion, that I took a lot of pictures at. read more

Extremely long wait times, in comparison with other pharmacies in all of the round rock pflugerville hutto area. Do not get your prescriptions sent here unless you're okay with waiting days. You have better luck getting your prescriptions transferred to another location. Also not friendly or understanding at all. This has got to be one of the worst pharmacies in the area!! One pharmacist allowed for me to pick up a script needing ID (after I lost my DL) with just the number. Now after waiting 4 days for much needed sleep medication because they failed to tell me they didn't have it in stock, another pharmacist is refusing to release my medication. Not only that, this pharmacy also filled a medication wrong for one of my customers. They gave him a pain killer 10mg higher than prescribed. By the 3rd one, he thought he was dying!! This by far the best pharmacy I have ever used for a number of reasons. Firstly they are always extremely friendly no matter how busy they are. Always greeting you with a smile and following their protocols of asking if you have questions. They rarely have been out of any medication my family has ever needed filled in the last few years. First pharmacy that had superior customer service. Lived in P-Ville for 1 year and went through 3 pharmacies before finding this gem.

This place is OK if you have regular prescriptions, on a regular basis but if you have an emergency, they are of NO help at all - the wait is forever, they give you the same line as if your dropping off a regular prescription. My daughter was in the car crying in pain and the lady said it would take 30 minutes or longer to fill the prescription and that they were busy - Well my 5 stars will be going to Wal-greens on Gatti's School Road who took us immediately and filled her pain meds right then and there and did not hesitate to help us out in our situation. YES, we will be switching all our regular meds to Wal-greens. It's a shame CVS could not step up to the plate for loyal customers who use them frequently. I'm just Thankful there is a competitor in town that can handle emergency situations. read more
