There was another mechanic on duty and someone else was actually working the desk. Good move Sam's! Ordered a tire last week and they said they would call when it came in to schedule an appointment for installation. No one called. I tried to call and make an appointment because I called customer service and they said my tire was in. The phone lines were too busy for someone local to answer. I went to the same store to try and schedule an appointment. I waited at the desk for about 15 minutes without anyone coming out. So I called Sam's store itself to try and get someone to help me. The phone rang for about 9 minutes without anyone answering. Finally someone answered and they walked over to the tire department and had to get the service agent to come out and help me. He was the only one in the department. They may be having trouble finding people to work installing tires but they should at least have someone at the desk to help members.

The tea selection should be better I remember it being very stocked up but now they only carry certain t'ea. Moringa tea has 26 antioxidants and I don't understand why they don't carry that. So this is my gripe for today. I wish they also carry different types of artisian breads they only make the same kinds they need to up that and make more of different types that has full grain. Granted I just totally loved coming here because the people are so nice and even though the prices are higher than most grocery chains I still enjoy coming here. I noticed that the vegetable department has very good quality vegetables and that's why I love coming and shopping here. The vegetable vegetable department is very organized and it looks really very nice and clean. The meat department also is very organized nice clean and amazing and organic. So this is one of my very favorite spots to shop in the hill country galleria but today I have a little gripe is the tea department didn't have the teas I'm looking for. Till next time, happy yelping

Came to Whole Foods as they were having their floral department posting on Too Good To Go. I've…read morebeen waiting to see what kind of floral arrangements they would have. As you know TGTG is a surprise. You don't know what you're going to get. My TGTG was $7.99 and my flowers were a mixture. I went to the service desk, said I have a TGTG floral purchase. They made a call to the floral department and a few short minutes later the gentleman came out with a big bundle. I was so thrilled at how many I got. Now, I know they're not going to be perfect. They are starting to have a droop effect. But for the cost, they are amazing. I've had them at home now for 2 days and I think they actually started perking up. Very happy with what I received. Their pick up window times are late, 8pm to 9pm and I don't live close by, so that's an inconvenience for me. But I happened to be out that night and saw that they had the TGTG service on. Hopefully in the future if the stars are aligned, I'll be able to get a floral arrangement again.
