I purchased my tires here and recently returned for a rotation and balance, which I easily scheduled online. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted despite the staff being busy--excellent customer service. Garrett assisted me and answered all my questions thoroughly. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience and highly recommend purchasing tires from Discount Tire. Worthwhile! Bonus: They offer complimentary tire air checks! read more

The people working here are just wonderful. They are always so kind, helpful, and communicative. I am somehow a magnet for nails, and they always hit the side wall. This place has a tire insurance/care program on tires you get from them, so it only costs me like $75 when I need a new tire. I did all 4 with them a while back and have hit 2 nails since. $75 each time. Insane value for the money. You literally can't be mad at those prices. So be nice to the folks here, they are there to help. read more

I called for a time frame the employee gave me an estimate of 3.5 hours wait. I was sad it was not what I expected . Sadly I will be careful coming daytime hours of 2pm now waiting for my car 530. Rudely an employee was not personable I will think twice returning. Hostile environment today usually a nice crew. But NOT today!! Call before to make sure you dont have a long wait. read more

They're the worst location in the world literally just got off the phone with them. They can't even like give you an ounce of customer service or actual real. Time of how long it's gonna take. I have had it with this location like the worst. I'm aware you're busy, but that doesn't mean that you get to be awful to customers. read more

This is the 2nd set of tires I bought at this location and I'll definitely be back again!.. Joshua, the team member who helped me, is friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions regarding the right tires I needed for my 4x4 Silverado. I rarely drive my truck on trails, mud, or snow so I needed a set of tires better suited for highway driving. The customer waiting area is clean and quiet and the total installation time was 30 min LESS than what I was originally told! BIG THANKS to Joshua and the entire Discount Tire Team for going the extra mile! read more

Discount Tire - Tires Near Me - Bee Cave, Texas

My son worked at Discount when he was in high school so I have always had fond memories and opinions of DT, I found the managers professional and the installers hard workers and eager to provide quality service. Until today. Not only was the entire contents of the back of my car tossed into the back seat on top of my dry cleaning and the center console rummage through and the contents laying on the seat, one of the managers after I noticed the caps on my tires were missing and replaced with stock caps accused me of taking them off, later to find them in the cup holder, again, accusing me of putting them there. What? No, I didn't but who caresI I just wanted them. I bought four new tires, no thanks, we appreciate your business , just unprofessionalism and sloppy service. So, lock up your things because the day of respecting customers and their belongings appears to be outdated, at least at the Bee Cave location. read more

Great Service - great experience servicing 2 cars in the same day for tire replacement on one and removing a nail (at no cost!) on another.

Always fast, efficient, and affordable. Today they got me out the door with four new tires for my truck in literally 45 minutes. That's insane. Great price, great service, and streamlined as can be. Can't beat it. read more

Patched my tire for free in under an hour with no appointment. Will definitely keep coming back for repairs and I plan to buy my next set of tires from here. Great service. read more

Great customer service and timely execution! Got my flat tire fixed same morning within the hour - pleasant guys work there! read more

I had a great experience here. I had a nail in my tire and came in to replace the one. Turns out my tire size is uncommon and I was unable to wait until the next day. They gave me a great deal on 4 new ones and only charged me for 3 on top of that. I had to replace two tires last year at a different spot and it cost about the same as a whole new set and they are insured. I came in towards the end of the day and they were still able to get me in and help me out. Could not recommend more their staff was great! read more

I just moved into the area and I needed a flat repair. I called the store at 10:00 am and was told that if I arrived in 15 minutes, it would take about an hour to do the repair. I arrived at 10:15 am and they set me up for the repair. The text they sent said it would be completed at 11:57 am so about 90 minutes (not great, but I was already there). After sitting there for 2+ hours, I asked for my key back at 12:20 pm when my vehicle still had 2 cars before it to pull in. Yes their flat repairs are free, but this store pulled in numerous customers' vehicles without appointments before my vehicle to replace the tires so just be aware of that. I'd rather be charged $25 for the repair and have it done when promised. The repair takes abut 30 minutes to complete so I was going to be there for 3 hours mininum after calling ahead and that's just nuts. read more

One star Nearly three hours of waiting for a single tire replacement. Inaccurate time expectations, minimal communication, and inefficient workflow. Cars with absent owners were completed and parked while waiting customers were ignored. Overall, a clear lack of respect for customer time. I won't be back. read more

The service at this location is always phenomenal. I'll be coming back each time to get tire services done!

It's busy. This is the go-to spot for the area that can get specific tires shipped in for a same-day fix. But they are polite and get the job done. They were also the cheapest of the two shops in the area. It took 7 hours for my tire to be delivered to the shop and changed there. I was happy to get it fixed before the holiday weekend. Status updates by text would've been a great addition, but overall I would use them again. read more

Exceptional Service from Bralan and Team -- Bee Cave's Best Tire Shop! From start to finish, the team at Discount Tire at the Headquarters Help Line and in Bee Cave, Texas went above and beyond! I first contacted the Headquarters Customer Help line to shop for products and to schedule an appointment. Then I set foot at Discount Tire in Bee Cave for the first time. Bralan Aiken (Assistant Manager) and Zack J. were attentive, courteous, and truly professional. They took the time to explain options, kept me updated on the status of the tires I wanted, and even expedited the process knowing I had to drive to Dallas to meet a family member arriving from Australia. Their communication was outstanding, and they made sure everything was ready right on time. In addition, the price for the tires matched that which I could obtain anywhere else. The waiting area was spacious, spotless, and comfortable -- a big plus while waiting. Exceptional service, great value, professional team... I couldn't be more impressed with the customer care and efficiency shown by Bralan, Zack and the Bee Cave team. I'll absolutely return to this Discount Tire for all my future tire needs -- they've earned my trust and my business! read more

I had a great experience, everyone was so nice and squeezed me in quickly as a walk in after I had a flat tire today. Most places don't have the tires that I need in stock and have to order, but Discount Tires had them and were able to fix my car same day! The price was half of what I was quoted at another tire store. read more

Tonight I blew out my rear drives side tire while coming home from work. I have a service agreement with my finance company but its not worth a dang. I waited for an hour and a half and still nothing. I'm an amputee and it's hard to do something like change a tire. Nobody stopped to help. But then one of your employees stopped. Brandon to the rescue. He had all the tools and it took him like 5 minutes to put my spare on. I tell you if this is the type of gentleman your company hired you have my business for life from here on out. Thank you Brandon you are truly an example of a decent human being. Thank you again Brandon you have my highest regards and I hope you get noticed by Discount Tires for your liberality. Thank you again Sir. read more

I had a problem with a tire I bought at Discount Tire in Houston. I was out of town camping so I pulled the tire off my RV and brought it to this location. And boy, was I impressed. The guy saw me walking in with a tire took it from me and said give me five minutes and I'll have this fixed... and he did. Nice job! read more

Pros: Called with questions - all answered professionally with great attitude. Called back to purchase and schedule - they suggested day/time and got me right in. I was in/out in less than 60min. Worked on laptop in lobby. Three staff I encountered were friendly and wanted to make sure I was being helped. They matched price and explained the warranty differences and any potential impact. They checked tires and validated they needed to be replaced. Cons: Provide wipes for customers if they want to wipe the tables/counters - they weren't dirty per se however with flu season etc. would be a good option. Other: Priced against warehouses and reviews. Pretty much knew I'd go with DT however I always check pricing. read more

I booked an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced. My appointment was for 11am. I got there at 10:45. My truck didn't go into the bay until 12:00. I complained to the manager and he blamed it on corporate saying they open up the bookings too much. This is the second time for this to happen to me at this location. So if you ever want to book an appointment at this store, expect at least an hour delay before they start work. read more

The team at Discount Tire continues to impress! I caught yet another nail (seems to be one a year) and took it to this location to have them patch it. Long story short, they, they bungled the repair but made things right and gave me a new tire for free. Their level of communication was what really impressed me, and it only took 15 minutes longer than expected. I made the mistake of trying the other tire places, but I'm a customer for life if this level of service continues! read more

Ian offered amazing customer service. He helped me to locate my wheel lock (a task in my messy trunk), was efficient and polite. Discount Tire - Flat tire fix. - Tires Near Me - Bee Cave, Texas

The manager heard that I was having to go between shops to figure out a weird thing going on with my car. He got his hands dirty and went in there to make sure my car was OK and they did find a tire malfunction on top of all the things going wrong with my car like having to replace an axle, wheel bearing, on that same tire and alignment. They were very attentive to make sure we could find the solution and not have to keep going back-and-forth! read more

Needed to replace a tire due to a damage on one of my front tires. I also needed to get it ASAP in order to pass the state inspection test. I called different places but they were either too busy until later in the week or didn't have what I needed. Finally I called discount tire and they not only were able to take me in at 3:45 in the afternoon, but they also had a few options for me to purchase. I came in and the guy inspected my tires and then provided some analysis and feedback. He then showed me what my options were. Once I made a decision, they took my car in to replace the tires. I ended up purchasing a pair instead of just one since they had some promotion going on. They gave me an estimated wait time of 50 minutes but they finished earlier than that. Definitely recommend these guys! read more

Store manager is a manchild on a power trip. Very arrogant. 0 customer service . Ordered a tire online for a truck that was a new tire same size as my stock tire, scheduled an appointment, and evidently this new tire is unsafe install due to width on stock rim..ok great totally understand but was surprised as it is a very basic tire width in several f-250s the 12.5. And they never mentioned any issue when I ordered over the phone. just looking for info on true risk and if he had any recommendations on what size would be optimal. Manager stayed in the back acting like a prick that I even wanted to talk about it. Considering the system didn't flag the order in the first place seemed pretty reasonable to chat about. Classic new age customer service. Thanks buddy! read more

Always great and fast service. Highly recommend. Been there more than few times in the last few years for tire repair.

Awesome experience here. They quickly swapped tires out on two vehicles for me, and replaced a tire with a nail in it that had punctured the inner tube beyond repair. They did all of this in 45min and they were very professional, and cleaned the tires up a bit for me. Highly recommend. read more

Discount Tire - New rims and tires - Tires Near Me - Bee Cave, Texas

I have been coming here for years and with all of our company cars. Today I took my motorcycle for a ride and the shortly notice my tire pressure was dangerously low from sitting for a few months. Discount tire was minutes away. I came here to get air in the tire. The employee was getting ready to do it but then "Chase" the manager said he could not do it. It is the exact same tire gauge and system they use. So I had to ride 20 minutes away on a dangerous low tire. read more

I've purchased two full sets of tires here. Each time I've been there the staff has been fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. I've never made an appointment. I have just walked in and was taken care of quickly. I ended up with a nail in one of the new tires (picked up a couple of weeks after purchase). The tire was under warranty, so they patched the tire for free. read more

Want to do a huge shoutout to the Discount Tire in Bee Cave today. Walked out of my office today and noticed I had a flat. I used the compressor that came with the car to fill up the tire and as I was driving I noticed the pressure going down. I stopped at the store in Bee Cave in my way home. It was 5:58pm when I walked in the door and they close at six. Most places when you are that close to closing time won't take you. It only did they fix the flat but they did not charge me for it. I can't say just how thankful I am. Y'all have earned a new customer for sure. read more
