We were not their customers, but when they found our precious belongings abandoned on the side of the highway with the moving truck they were there to tow, Hit tracked us down and did everything in his power to make it right. He and the crew spent 18 hours picking up every piece, things that anyone else would have thrown in the dumpster or left to rot (the moving company had done just that). Because of this selfless effort on their part, my husband and I were reunited with heirlooms from our grandparents, important papers, memories, things that would have broken our hearts to lose permanently. "Thank you" will never be enough for these guys. Everyone should turn to this company for their towing/roadside needs, because you can feel confident that they will treat you with compassion and respect as a customer and a human being. I was told that they moved 2 years ago, so that shows that I haven't been there for some time. They do change a $3 fee for using your card, so that is something to keep in mind. It didn't bother me, since I actually don't carry cash. I misplaced the green paper that is normally mailed to you, and you don't need it b/c they put up your information with your license.
