This is my 2nd favourite HEB in Austin. Their outstanding customer satisfaction is beyond measure. I remember Dana was the wine and beer manager and had her email and whenever needed a special order, she would handle it. I remember once when I used one of those 6-bottle cardboard holder and when going up the stairs to my apartment, the cardboard holder gave way and I lost 3 bottles, immediately I emailed Dana and she replied that she was so sorry and she told me to go the customer service at the Business Center to pick up my replaced bottles. This reminds that I need to make myself acquainted with the new wine and beer manager. Most of the cashiers are very friendly and it's always helps when they have a bagger to assist the cashier to expedite check-out. All in all, this is a great store where I'm able to shop and get everything that I need. read more

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly The Good: This place is huge. You can buy groceries, rent furniture, etc. Many stores in one! The Bad: Way too crowded! Forget getting in and out quickly. A ton of People traffic! The Ugly: You can't seem to find exactly what you want, even with such an enormous store. My mom found no whole chocolate milk. The produce is tricky too. I've seen a lot of negative reviews on this HEB and I'm not sure why. They offer very good service and even through the pandemic. The workers are very diligent in helping the community. Yesterday was a great day shopping with my little one and even though they were short on staff they moved us through the line pretty quickly. They had pretty much everything I needed and they do a good job keeping the store clean. read more

Just a normal, crazy, crowded Sunday. I had to park at the nearby Burger King, due to there being no spots in the main parking lot. Side note: if you have to park past the main parking area the wheels on your cart will lock up on you. I wish they'd pull the trigger and build at their land in Del Valle, because this is the closest grocery store and they've built tons of new apartments off Riverside so it's nearly impossible to get into this place on the weekends now. Other than the crowds and lack of parking close by, they do have a good selection of products. To avoid the insanity of the crowds I recommend shopping at another place/location or doing online/pick up orders. read more

Always the cheapest gas around this area. Just as a reference, I was here a few days ago, and the price per gallon here was 7 whole cents cheaper per gallon than two other gas stations I passed that were within walking distance. To make the deal even sweeter, there are always open pumps, and you can set up your car wash at the pump station kiosk. read more

Pumps always click off when filling my car, it's a Chevy Cavalier. The springs are too sensitive, to combat this stick the nozzle in upside down. You get funny looks, but it works! Typical cheap quality gas with more than likely no additives like Shell or Exxon, etc. but gets the job done and is a few cents less. About 1/5 times when filling bums come up and either tell you some crazy story or just straight up ask for money. read more

This is my favorite gas station in Austin. The place is clean and usually well stocked. The gas prices are some of the cheapest around. It is the closest thing to a QT here in Austin. They have round rock doughnuts fresh everyday. read more

I hate being rushed. I get that the store is closing but please don't walk up behind me and say "are you almost done here?"

$0.12 off a gallon. Also if you are smart and you have one of those credit cards that save you money at the grocery store, you bank more savings. I have an Amex and get 6% back on grocery purchases, so I buy my gift card (inside the HEB store so it looks like a grocery purchase). So I automatically save about .18 to .19 cents per gallon plus another .12 cents for using the give card... So my fill up of $3.21/gal cost me about $2.91/gallon! W00t to savings! That amounts to about $7.80 for 1 fill up! Woowzers! Do that every one to two weeks and it really adds up! read more

This place always has the cheapest gas in the neighborhood. AND the guys who work there are really nice and friendly. It's a gas station, that's really all I have to say about it. Minus one star because the lot is so small that it can be hard to loop around (so you're on the correct side of your car for pumping) when the end pumps are taken. read more

The car wash is most of the time broken. Three weeks ago I paid for car wash trough the gas pump, but the car wash was broken for more than 6-7 days then worked for ten minutes and again broken. Finally after two weeks I was able to use my ticket lucky me because the next day when I was driving I saw the car wash is broken again. read more
