Friendly, efficient, and made me feel comfortable right away. I was then seen by Gad, who was also great. He quickly assessed what was going on, prescribed some allergy medication, and had me on my way. The entire visit took less than 35 minutes, which is amazing. It's important to note they are an urgent care, not an emergency room. The staff is attentive and friendly, with genuine concern for your malady. I'd definitely make an appointment online for times sake, but the onboarding is easy and you can establish an account if you need to go back. I can even say cash pay prices are reasonable. You get seen at your appointment time. Yes, you get called back on time! I can say this with good background too. My husband has been going here for regular routine visits for about 6 months. He has always been called back on time each visit. I have been once so far and was called back on time as well. To date, it has been about 7 visits all on time! 3. Dr. Chikkala comes in to the room within 5 minutes after the nurse completes the triage. No waiting for ages for the doctor. 4. Dr. Chikkala is really professional and spends quality time with you. You don't just feel like a number with her trying to get out of the room as soon as possible. She talks with you and really works to get to the root of the problem that you are having. Once a treatment plan is devised, she goes over with you and really makes sure you understand the medicines and routines you need to do. 5. You truly feel valued here. The Dr came to see me -- his stayed by the door holding the door handle the whole time. He ordered x-rays of my abdomen and my chest. When the tech came and told me that he needed to do some x-rays, I refused to have them done since the doctor did not even do a palpation and did not listen to my lungs. Then the doctor came back to tell me that my lab results didn't show why I was having these symptoms, and again he stayed by the door, holding it open. I asked him to please listen to my lungs, so he said he needed to go get his stethoscope. After he listened to my lungs, he told me that they were clear -- so obviously he was ordering an x-ray that was not needed, same with my stomach. I never heard of a doctor ordering an x-ray for your abdomen when you have diarrhea and vomiting, and he didn't do a palpation. Also, they were supposed to give my husband all the prescriptions, and they forgot to give me the one for vomiting. So when I called the next day requesting the prescription be called into the pharmacy, I was told that the Dr works long hour shifts and had just gone home, and they couldn't call him because he was most likely sleeping. My husband had to go to the pharmacy to pick up a different prescription from my PCP, and the prescription was there so they did call it in, but they never notified me. I will not go back

Scott & White had me checked in and sitting in a very comfortable ER room within 5-7 mins of walking in the door. They let me fill out my paperwork as I sat in the room and waited for the doctor. Doctor was awesome- prompt, matter-of-fact, and gave me options. But he also took time to just chat with me. Everyone was very friendly. Now- some reviews mention billing and they did not take my copay up front. Maybe the billing side will be less of a great experience but for now I'm feeling great about my visit and treatment plan. It's nice to know caring doctors, nurses, and support staff still exist out there.
