I came to get my medications renewed and my pharmacy sent them to be ordered from the office. When I returned to the pharmacy they said they never got a reply. I would call the Dr.s office and it would go to voicemail and I would never hear back. I called quite a few times. I figured they closed or moved. I felt very betrayed at the time. I had to see someone else and then they moved. I recently went on Yelp to find a new doctor and saw that Dr. Chikkala was still at the same place!?? WT? I left another message, again, no response! I drove over there today and only the nurse was there. I told her about all this and said she would have someone get back to me. So Dr. Chikkala's husband (who runs the front) Just now called me. He was very rude to me. He said that because it had been almost 2 years that she was no longer my doctor, (well of course she wasn't). I wanted to go back to see her. He wanted to go round and round about when he "said" he called me back a long time ago and it was ME that never responded. LOL really? I DID call, MANY MANY Times! No one ever got back to me. Very irresponsible for a doctor's office. So, I said I would like to get in to see her. Then he tells me that I have to find another doctor because she won't have any information from the last 2 years?? Well, they can get that information from the last group I was at. He proceeded to then just make up stuff and it got ridiculous. He made no sense, I realized he was just being an ass. Got there and I was asked why I didn't make appt. There was no one in the waiting room but was told they were extremely busy. I was handed a post it note to write down my info. Then had to fill out forms on my phone. Then told computer wasn't working so had to go over everything again, 6 pages. Only saw one patient leave and it was over45 mins to be called back. Still waited over 20 mins for dr to come in. She was nice and ordered knee brace. MA came in and said it wasn't covered. We paid for it. Next day called insurance and guess what, it's covered! The receipt that was sent was not a detailed receipt which I needed to send to insurance. Do after half an hour I actually got to speak to an actual person. She sent me the detailed receipt. Now I have to submit it to my insurance to get reimbursed. Obviously, I will not be going back to any Next Level Urgent Care. UPDATE: The invoice that was sent to me was not itemized. After my insurance declined my reimbursement due to the invoice, I had to call Next Level Care. It took 29 mins for them to make and send me an itemized invoice. 17 mins of that I was on hold. When he came back on the line he said "sorry, I was talking and forgot you were on hold". Good grief! Never will I visit that company again.

Their billing person confirmed this. Their website has a lot of info about the billing process as well. -They are flexible and will work with you to negotiate your dues to get the accounts closed out. I was stressing about the bills but their super nice billing lady helped us out. -Open 24/7. I looked at other options that were technically deemed in-network for my insurance plan and some were closed on Sunday. One of our visits was on Easter too. Why even bother with another ER when this place will bill in-network anyway? -Amazing nurses and doctors. Everyone is really nice and patient and takes great care of you. We've been there 3 times since November. Twice for my little guy (he was 1 during our first visit). Nurses and doctors were so nice and patient with him (and he definitely screamed a lot). -It's never crowded or full of sickly people.
