Gyros fast and with a smile. The young lady working had a great attitude and was very friendly greeting every customer as they came in. She represented the business well. Today, we called in our order, but we arrived a little later than expected. It was still really good. I really love going to Gyros Plus, it's in a very convenient to me location off Northsight BLvd. The staff are very friendly and the smell is so intoxicating when you walk in. Everything is very clean and the view to the kitchen reveals the kitchen is spotless. A very large menu with all the Greek favorites, everything that we have trued is delicious, fresh and tasty! This is a COVID-19 Take-Out Review Gyros Plus is a very good Mediterranean/ Greek restaurant, that is currently doing a strong takeout business. You go in one way and exit another. The only short coming is the milling around of customers inside, waiting for their food to be ready. For our midweek dinner, we ordered a couple of Gyros (see photos), Greek Fries, some Falafel balls, a Side Greek Salad and their Chicken & Rice Platter. We found everything to be very tasty, while the Chicken was exceptional. The rice tasted of real broth. Nice. We paid $47 and thought that was more than fair for our tasty haul. Enjoy! read more

Hands down the best gyros in AZ (that I have ever come across). Clean restaurant. Great customer service. Convenient location not too far off 101 and FLW blvd. When I've tried something else I'll update but I'm guessing it will be more of the same. I can say however that I do not recommend the burger spot that's like a pop up within the restaurant. Worth the wait .. very tasty gyro plate .. the Greek salad was fresh, crunchy lettuce nicely dressed.. yum! Upon checking out the menu, you'll realize is a "Chicago" Greek joint so the menu has some interesting options and I found the food to be slightly different than the standard Greek fare. Pita and hummus were delicious - pita was soft and leavened (which I know is not traditional but I'm a sucker for leavened pita). The babaganoush was a bit underseasoned for my taste but it was also good. My falafel pita was quite tasty and the tzatziki is dill-heavy and YUMMY. Per the other reviews, we made sure to order the baklava... don't miss it. If you like Greek food but are a little tired of the same-old, check this place out. read more

Do you know how to pronounce Tzatziki? Thanks to Youtube, I know now.. Tza tzeekeee....z is pronounced tsi or tzi. It just took me 20 years before I decided to look up on how to pronounce. Ever since I learned how to pronounce Gyro as my college had a little Gryo shop a very long time ago, I became a fan of Gyro. I ran into this place several years ago and I keep coming back here whenever I am in the area and I recently learned why I like them here so much. It's their Tzatziki sauce. Oh the meat is good too but this sauce I didn't know how to pronounce for a while makes so much difference. I also like their falafels. They way they were served does not make it look authentic but it sure tastes good to me. I didn't grow up eating Greek, so I can't tell the difference between authentic and what not, but whatever they serve here, it sure does satisfy my appetite.
