What they offered seemed pretty straight forward so from there I followed the instructions to removed the main board and shipped it out for service. Within 10 days I had the board back, installed it, and my monitor was working like new again. I was very impressed with the entire process and their communication at each stage of the repair came in like clockwork and followed the exact outline on their website instructions. The entire process was very "automated" and required no extra communication on my part. So all in all, for less than $90 (including the $15 it cost for me to ship the board to them), my $1000 LG monitor was brought back to life. From what I could tell, the issue with my monitor was pretty common so I think that had something to do with the ease of repair, but nevertheless if you have a "common" issue with your LG monitor than give these guys a shot!
