He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.

Just before Christmas our HP Envy 17 Laptop was totally frozen by ransomware, the first time ever for a problem at home. We called Jerry, he answered right away and he was well aware of the problems related to this type of computer attack. He offered the option of coming to the house or having us drop it off at his location. We took it to him and asked him to look into a few other issues. He provided an estimate (VERY fair and honored), requested a small deposit and, since it was Christmas weekend we expected a long down time. He called right after the holiday and had it ready to go. He took extra time to explain what he had done and how it worked on our unit. After running it through its paces for a few days, a couple of glitches surfaced that were not related to his repairs but were evidently affected by the attack. We called Jerry late that afternoon. What we were experiencing was complicated but he got right on it. He logged into our Laptop from home at about 7 pm and stayed on it until 1 am, totally clearing up the problem areas and resulting in a machine that worked faster and cooler than when purchased new a year ago!! That's when we met Tim. He was totally awesome and jumped in and took care of all our needs. My grandson had a list a friend made for him of what we needed. He took and made a shopping list for us. On my last visit, I was waiting about 10 minutes for an item to be brought up from the back. While I was waiting, I asked another employee about a different product, and he told me he didn't want to "jump on the other guy's commission." As a customer, that shouldn't be my problem. I also asked if a specific DJI controller worked with a drone. The employee immediately said yes because both products had "FPV" in the name. That's not how DJI compatibility works. There are multiple FPV drones and controllers, so that alone doesn't tell you anything. At checkout, I declined the extended warranty. Cashier Ryan C. gave me the sales pitch, I declined again, he kept going, ended with, "It's only $25," then just stood there staring at me until I said no a third time before finishing the transaction. This isn't a one-time experience. It's like this every time I shop here. The only reason I come back is because it's the only place you can buy these products in person.
