Their warranty on work done was another key factor. An electrician found a dead rat and droppings in the attic, so I needed clean up and rodent proofing. In the crawl space, a bunch of the ducts were unattached by wear and tear and plumbing work that had been done in the past (which I didn't know. No wonder my gas bill was so high over the winter!). Shannon and team cleaned everything up, sanitized, reattached the ducts and rodent proofed the whole house on the outside. Apparently the attic was vulnerable, as prior owners' foam had been chewed through in the eaves. After they were done they set traps which will be checked every few weeks. I will update if there are any further rodents but I am confident in the work by the company and team. I highly recommend this family owned company.

The guy who came out was on time, a bit eccentric and very passionate about rats. He was detail oriented and did a great job explaining the job and its breakdown. Unfortunately on the day of the job, we had 4 guys come to our home on time- but none of them spoke English. Now, I appreciate them coming out, but we just could not communicate and they did not have work trucks or shirts with their company name. An hour later, we had a younger guy show up and he spoke English. The crew worked really fast, did a nasty job of removing our rodent infested insulation and put in new insulation, they mixed concrete and patched up some holes as well and put out rat traps. They came back twice to check the traps and removed them. I think they did a good job, appreciate their punctuality. But management should always send someone who speaks some English and provide a company truck or at least shirts. I personally felt uncomfortable letting into my home a group of random men with no identification.

They responded almost instantly which was appreciated. Atan was able to come out the following week to take a look and treat the tree the same day. I appreciated the thoroughness with the provided photos since I wasn't able to be home at the time. Sorting out payment with the office was a bit of a back and forth inconvenience but we eventually got it sorted out. All in all, I would highly recommend for the communication aspect and their ability to get it sorted out as soon as possible. Looking forward to not having to wash the cars so often!

The skunk was spraying so frequently that the odor had become overwhelming and was actually making its way into my bedroom. Living in the hills, wildlife is simply part of life. Most of the time it's one of the perks of living here. Unfortunately, this particular wildlife situation had become unbearable, so I called in the professionals. OR, what I thought were the professionals... I should have just called a Doberman. I will start by saying that the technicians themselves were professional. Unfortunately, the actual service was a complete failure and complete waste of money. They came out, set a trap, filled it with cat food, covered it with a bag, and instructed me to check it every morning. The problem with that approach is obvious: if the trap actually contained a skunk, the only way to find out was to walk right up to it and look inside. Nothing says "professional wildlife management" quite like asking the homeowner to potentially get skunked. Over the course of the next week, I was repeatedly assured that the bait being used was specifically designed to attract skunks and that possums supposedly weren't interested in it. Yet somehow, the trap managed to catch three possums and exactly zero skunks. ZERO SKUNKS! The skunk that was actually causing the problem remained comfortably under my house, probably laughing at them and apparently completely unimpressed by their "specialized" bait. Meanwhile, the charges kept appearing on my credit card. By the end of this adventure, I was out roughly $700 and left with the exact same problem I started with. Three possums had been trapped and removed--none of which were bothering me in the first place--I honestly feel bad for these poor possums, what did they do with them when they took them away? While the skunk continued living its best life beneath my home. Three possums later, I'm convinced the trap's only qualification was "contains animal." I'm honestly surprised they didn't catch my own cat, a squirrel, and the neighbor's golden retriever while they were at it. The skunk, meanwhile, continues to live its best life under my house while I funded this expensive wildlife exchange program. Thank you All-in-One. If your goal is to spend hundreds of dollars catching harmless possums, this company may be for you. If your goal is to solve a skunk problem, All N One Pest Eliminators are a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

Recently, late one night, I used Yelp to help me find a pest expert (mice under the house...yuck) and was impressed by the reviews I read for Guys Pest Control. Called first thing the next morning and Brandon and Felix were at my door by noon! They were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They both went to work inspecting my home for entry spots and throughly explained their recommendations to prevent further uninvited mice. They answered all my questions, set traps and promptly returned the next day, as scheduled, to check the traps and to install a new rubber guard along the bottom of my garage door (they noticed that those critters had chewed a hole right through it!). Since the service was so expensive, I was seriously disappointed in those results. That said, the initial rodent proofing price included a 1 year guarantee. Premier came back twice to deal with our recurring problem at no additional charge. Each time they were able to identify new ways in which the little monsters were getting into the house and blocked off the access ways. The last time they came out, in addition to the rodent proofing, they suggested I add ornamental rocks to my garden beds as the rats had been digging under the foundation in a particular area. I followed their advice. It's been nearly a year and we have had no further rat incidents to date (crossing my fingers that this remains the case). In all visits, the technician was thoroughly professional and polite. And it was easy to schedule their return visits. Although I was initially disappointed with the results of the service, I have to say that they really came through in the end.

The quote he gave us was a bit on the higher side compared to others we called over for estimates, but the details and problem areas Ken showed us were no where close to what others told us. And we could see these problems ourselves as well and had noticed these before we called Ken. We went ahead with them and had the work finished and are happy with the service they provided. Devin came through for us and guaranteed what no other company could do -- a 100% satisfaction guarantee. When dealing with a rodent issue (first time for us) it is true cortisol spike to say the least, but A1 alleviated so much stress. Complete proofing, zero poison use, total sanitation, proper safety measures, and routinely checking the traps for weeks on end, all led to us never having to hear or deal with another sign of rats or mice. I had a family member who also were dealing with rat issues in their home simultaneously and went with a different company, and unfortunately dealt with repeat infestations. I could not have felt more pleased that we went with Devin and his team because it proved to be the winning choice. They truly have your back and don't waste your time and money. Over a year later, and I want to express my gratitude again for their top tier (and FAST) customer service/support. Safety and cleanliness continues to be their number one goal, and it definitely shows in their craft and passion for this line of work. We had plumbers come in today to lift our in ground tub in primary bathroom to fix the water line and to our horror found an insane amount of rat droppings and signs of old infestation underneath. This was old material that would not have been visible without lifting out the tub, and not visible during the previous years visit. I didn't feel comfortable with the plumbers simply "sweeping up the mess" as they suggested. This process did not sit well with me, and I immediately thought to call Devin. He recommended exactly what I quickly remembered his previous system was, which was to properly vacuum and completely sanitize the area. He was able to squeeze us into his schedule same day, and we could not be more grateful for his professionalism and expertise. My personal favorite, is the absolute piece of mind that this was done correctly and safely especially because we have two young daughters, one who suffers from severe eczema and is dependent on good/safe air quality in our home. Devin is beyond knowledgeable, honest, and when you truly need answers and a 100% guarantee during a frustrating situation, he delivers!
