Within 20 minutes, the technician identified the real issue -- there is no plywood sheathing between my rafters and the tile roof, leaving multiple open points for rodents and other animals to enter. In other words, the "patches" Patriot Pest Management sold me were nothing more than temporary band‑aids on a structural problem they should have clearly identified and explained. I feel misled and taken advantage of. They took my money, gave me inadequate repairs, and left me with the same problem I had before -- holes in the roof, droppings in the crawl space, and insulation that now needs to be removed and replaced. Their recommendations and assurances were incomplete at best and negligent at worst. I would never recommend Patriot Pest Management. They did me dirty, and I'm now paying again to fix issues they should have properly diagnosed the first time.

Premier came back twice to deal with our recurring problem at no additional charge. Each time they were able to identify new ways in which the little monsters were getting into the house and blocked off the access ways. The last time they came out, in addition to the rodent proofing, they suggested I add ornamental rocks to my garden beds as the rats had been digging under the foundation in a particular area. I followed their advice. It's been nearly a year and we have had no further rat incidents to date (crossing my fingers that this remains the case). In all visits, the technician was thoroughly professional and polite. And it was easy to schedule their return visits.
