At that meeting we signed a contract for new roofing, skylight, and gutters/downspouts installation. We did not feel pressured to sign. Tony was the manager in charge of the crew for our installation on Oct 24 & 25. He called me two days before to give me important details and to provide time to answer any questions that I had. Tony texted me on Saturday afternoon to let me know how the installation was going and to provide photos. The new roof and skylight were completed Sunday afternoon. Tony again texted me photos and let me know that the gutters & downspouts were being installed on Monday. Tony also called me several times to make sure that our communication was clear. Very thorough and paid attention to details. We got to see the finished product Monday afternoon. The roof looks great! We really like the look of the medium gray architectural shingles. The skylight provides great natural light. I highly recommend adding a skylight. Our attic is not a finished living space. It does have a staircase and provides storage space.
