I got a rough quote over the phone that was much less than two other quotes I got, plus--and the kicker for me--was that they could complete the job within the week. Kevin, the owner, and his helper Jake even stopped in before the designated day. They were in the neighborhood and asked if they could check out the work site. On work day, they texted me with their ETA. When they arrived, they set up all their materials and got right to work. As the sun was going down, Kevin said that they only had an hour and a half of work remaining but that they would return in the morning (Sat) if that was okay by me. They asked if they could work on a Saturday!!! The next day, work was completed promptly. As they were cleaning up, I realized that there were now holes in the stucco because downspouts were moved or taken off completely, something very obvious. Kevin said he could come by later and patch them! Many months and many texts later, and after buying the stucco supplies myself, one worker shows up and admits he didn't know how to use the stucco product and that I should get a "professional" to patch the holes... (Not sure if this is the norm for him or an anomoly). So, the project to replace all the gutters and downspouts took longer than expected.
