Kenny and his crew did an excellent job on my gutters that were way overdue for cleaning. They were professional and friendly and got me scheduled quickly and priced the job reasonably. read more

Kenny and his team knocked down and hauled away my old rotting shed along with a large rusty swing within an hour so that I could quickly move forward with a backyard renovation. Great price and service! They also hauled away a ton of extra bricks and pavers that came with the house that I hadn't been able to get rid of. read more

I can't begin to fully express my satisfaction with the quality, professionalism, and attention to detail provided by Maryland Pro Services when they pressure washed my house, deck, and patio. From the very first contact the owner, Kenny, set very clear expectations regarding what results I should anticipate, walked me through their entire process, and provided a clear estimate of the cost. On the day of service their crew showed up promptly on time and immediately went to work. They sealed all the outside electrical outlets and lights to prevent water from getting in and causing shorts. Their process using a low pressure detergent soak followed by manual scrubbing and then a final pressure wash did an amazing job of cleaning off years of accumulated algae and dirt, without damaging any siding or trim. Maryland Pro Services paid attention to even the tiniest details to make sure everything was as clean as it was when new. They even cleaned out the wells in the windows and the sliding glass doors. The outside of my house looks the best that it has been in many years. If you are looking for a top tier quality, professional, and trustworthy power washing service for your home at a fair price, you won't find better than Maryland Pro Services. You won't believe how good your home is going to look once they are done! read more

I'm late to review but I had the pleasure of working with Kenny in October 2024. Kenny was communicative, prompt, and professional. He was also very flexible and understanding when I had to reschedule. Kenny's team worked quickly and diligently to restore my front porch, driveway, deck, and siding to as good as new. They also performed a much needed cleaning of my dryer vent. Kenny's pricing is very competitive and money well-spent. I will definitely be calling Maryland Pro Services in the future! read more

They did an outstanding job on my four story townhouse! All mold is gone, the walkways and planter walls look brand new, and they showed up on time and were complete in the timeframe quoted. Price was very reasonable also. Would definitely call them again! read more

Extremely pleased with the level of service I received today from the gentlemen from Maryland Pro Services. I didn't have anything serious done as it was simply a gutter cleaning. Although it was a simple job the Maryland Pro Services team was extremely polite, and thorough. They took the time to explain everything to me and also talked to me about some preventive measures. Although I hope I don't need my gutters cleaned anytime soon. If I do I will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend!! read more

Kenny came and gave us an estimate to power wash our siding, front pavers, front porch and walk up concrete steps. His work EXCEEDED my expectations !!!!!! We were putting our house on the market and it was crisp, shiny and bright when he was finished. I am going to have Kenny come out and wash down our current house that is covered in orange construction dust. He is professional, honest, hard working, respectful of your property and a long standing local business that I'm happy to support. Thank you Kenny for going above and beyond with your work and customer service!!!!! read more

Wonderful person. They came out and gave an estimate and it was no pressure. Which, at home estimates can be the worse. This was actually amazing and he literally left with a quote for everything we asked me. The house looked amazing after he was done. We had the house and fence done. Kenny is an absolute gem. He treats your home with the care you would. And have a very good eye for detail when it comes to things that maybe different than you imagine. He was very honest about what can be done and what cannot be. Just be aware this is check or cash only. read more

The BEST!! MPS is one of the best most professional, customer friendly contractors that I've had the pleasure of contacting. Kenny is super friendly and really responsive! I can't recommend a more professional person to come to your home for your pressure washing needs. Really fast, not a lot of extra foolishness to deal with. He comes out and give you an estimate and will call you immediately with the quote. I only wished I'd had before pictures to post to show the difference in the two. You'll definitely appreciate his work. read more

Every time we use this company , they never disappoint, from leaf removal to gutters or other yard service ! Kenny and his team are professional, punctual and always great communication! We highly recommend! read more

KENNY and his team are AMAZING!!! I found him on Yelp, and saw that everyone was raving about him. I called and he was at another job, so he had me leave a voicemail and returned my call within 24 hours. The whole process was so easy, from having him come out to do an estimate to having the work done. The team is professional and pays attention to deal. Our house (front, back and patio and deck) is now squeaky clean. Definitely give Kenny a call if you need pressure wash (or other services offered). But do plan ahead, because it seems he gets booked up fast (we were lucky he was able to squeeze us in). read more

Great job. Cleaned a few things I didn't even ask for. Professional courteous guys. Came out and did the job the day after the price appraisal. I've had pressure washing done before by people you wouldn't want to know where you live or let in your house. This team is not like that. read more

Since we moved into our new house around 18 months back, we did not find anyone to do our gutter cleaning and they really needed immediate attention. I got in touch with Ken. He is very prompt to respond. I got quotes for gutter cleaning as well as soft water power wash for our house. I was little hesitant on the prices and his services are not cheap if that is what some one is looking for. But I am super happy with his work. He and Justin came and did the gutters in less than 2 hours. He even gave me some advice on frequency of doing the gutter cleaning and he was very fair. I am looking forward to having him do the power wash and will give a separate review for that when we do that. read more

This is a quality company that delivers exceptional, professional services at a competitive price. They washed our house, deck, and shed; cleaned our front sidewalk and steps (photos on yelp - looks like new); installed new sod and seeded other portions of our front yard that had settled and were ponding water from heavy rains; and put down mulch in our various planting areas. The owner and his crew were timely, courteous, and professional and the workmanship and attention to detail are apparent when we look at the finished product. We had easy and fast response to our email and calls and are very happy with the entire experience working with Maryland Pro Services. We will use them in the future. Highly recommend!!! read more

Bottom Line: Professional, fair, honest and hard working help for around the house. I originally found Maryland Pro Services through Yelp and had my BF use Kenny for some power washing at his house. That went really well so then I referred Maryland Pro Services to a friend needing every hard exterior service of his entire waterfront home power washed and Kenny made that place look sparkling. Finally, it was my turn to have Kenny do some work at my house. He meticulously cleaned my third-story gutters (along with four of my neighbors) and did some power washing on the back of my house. I was definitely happy with his services. Kenny takes his business seriously and as the company name implies, he does deliver very professional services. He comes out to scope out work in advance to give an accurate quote. Then he comes back with the appropriate tools and skills. For my third story gutter cleaning job, I was glad that he brought a tree removal guy who was very comfortable with conquering heights while having heavy equipment attached to him. Adding to my comfort is that Maryland Pro Services is fully bonded and insured. Kenny took before and after videos of the gutters so we could see the vast improvement. After cleaning 250 linear feet of gutters by hand, and bagging the debris, Kenny and his team also cleaned up my deck and my front steps even though that wasn't one of my requirements. I really appreciated the team putting in extra work, especially on a hot summer day. Kenny isn't the cheapest guy around but he is reliable, professional and I can trust him to do a great job. With a very busy schedule, hiring the right guy for the job and getting it done correctly the first time, is a priority for me and I am glad to pay a little more for that level of service. I am very thankful to have a reliable contact to help me with projects around the house that I prefer not to tackle myself. I'm almost excited about having my gutters cleaned again this Fall! read more

Kenny, the owner, responded promptly and explained in detail the services to be performed. I had other contractors clean gutters and wash the house in the past but Maryland Pro Services by far did the most thorough job. They checked for issues with my gutters and repaired minor problems during the cleaning. House looks immaculate after pressure washing. The chemical they used eliminated all the algae and dirt and left the house smelling clean. Kenny was very professional and is definitely an expert. Highly recommend! read more

I called Kenny after a friend recommended him. He called me back that day and scheduled me within 24 hrs! I really needed my gutters cleaned before the monsoon of a storm expected over the next several days. He squeezed us in even sooner than expected and was so very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, fair, hard working professional for gutter cleaning and power washing! read more

I had a good experience with Maryland Pro Services. It was the first time I had gutter cleaning done, so price wise I'm not sure if it was cheap or not. I needed gutter cleaning and leaves blown off of my roof. I got a prompt response to my call with a quote, on-time arrival and excellent service from Kenny and Justin. Maybe this guy IS good. However, I'll never know. Found glowing reviews here on Yelp so I reached out to him using yelp messenger. The message was detailed; containing all the services I was inquiring about. A week passed and I never received a message back. So I called, left a detailed voice message listing my name and a callback number. Never received a return call. I called a few days later. Still the same, no answer. If this behavior or lack there of, is indicative of how he runs this business, I'm guessing I dodged a bullet. read more

My home was in need of a good power wash cleaning. Found these folks on Yelp with good ratings. Called & spoke briefly about my needs & made an appointment the following day for an estimate. Kenny & crew came ready to do business. We walked out the job, gave me a verbal estimate we agreed on & within 3 hours my home looked like brand new! In addition they blew the leaves & sticks off of my roof & cleaned the gutters! Very professional, courteous & reasonably priced. Highly recommended! Thank you MD Pro Services! read more

I've lived in Howard County all of my life. I've patronized almost every establishment and employed hundreds of local service people. The young man, Kenny, who owns this small service company is at the top of the pack. He's conscientious. You call, he actually answers the phone. He's on time, he looks professional, he's on site with every job, he's friendly and knows his stuff...but who cares about all of that, when the cost of service is sky high right?!? This guy's prices are so reasonable, I couldn't believe it! He understands his time is precious. He comes in, does a stellar, professional Jon, cleans up after himself, then gives you a bill that is such a great value!! What a Howard Country gem. I couldn't wait to write this review. This kid is the real deal. read more

It's a pleasure doing business with Kenny and his staff. They just finished weeding, mulching and cleaning up our yard and it looks great! Kenny is very professional and easy to interact with. We have used them in the past for other services around our house-deck painting, tree trimming, power washing, etc. Their prices are reasonable and we've always been pleased with the end result.
