I can't begin to fully express my satisfaction with the quality, professionalism, and attention to detail provided by Maryland Pro Services when they pressure washed my house, deck, and patio. From the very first contact the owner, Kenny, set very clear expectations regarding what results I should anticipate, walked me through their entire process, and provided a clear estimate of the cost. On the day of service their crew showed up promptly on time and immediately went to work. They sealed all the outside electrical outlets and lights to prevent water from getting in and causing shorts. Their process using a low pressure detergent soak followed by manual scrubbing and then a final pressure wash did an amazing job of cleaning off years of accumulated algae and dirt, without damaging any siding or trim. Maryland Pro Services paid attention to even the tiniest details to make sure everything was as clean as it was when new. They even cleaned out the wells in the windows and the sliding glass doors. I called and he was at another job, so he had me leave a voicemail and returned my call within 24 hours. The whole process was so easy, from having him come out to do an estimate to having the work done.The team is professional and pays attention to deal. Since we moved into our new house around 18 months back, we did not find anyone to do our gutter cleaning and they really needed immediate attention. I got in touch with Ken. He is very prompt to respond. I got quotes for gutter cleaning as well as soft water power wash for our house. I was little hesitant on the prices and his services are not cheap if that is what some one is looking for. But I am super happy with his work. He and Justin came and did the gutters in less than 2 hours. He even gave me some advice on frequency of doing the gutter cleaning and he was very fair. Bottom Line: Professional, fair, honest and hard working help for around the house. I originally found Maryland Pro Services through Yelp and had my BF use Kenny for some power washing at his house. That went really well so then I referred Maryland Pro Services to a friend needing every hard exterior service of his entire waterfront home power washed and Kenny made that place look sparkling. Finally, it was my turn to have Kenny do some work at my house. He meticulously cleaned my third-story gutters (along with four of my neighbors) and did some power washing on the back of my house. I was definitely happy with his services. Kenny takes his business seriously and as the company name implies, he does deliver very professional services. He comes out to scope out work in advance to give an accurate quote. Then he comes back with the appropriate tools and skills. For my third story gutter cleaning job, I was glad that he brought a tree removal guy who was very comfortable with conquering heights while having heavy equipment attached to him. Adding to my comfort is that Maryland Pro Services is fully bonded and insured. Kenny took before and after videos of the gutters so we could see the vast improvement. After cleaning 250 linear feet of gutters by hand, and bagging the debris, Kenny and his team also cleaned up my deck and my front steps even though that wasn't one of my requirements. I really appreciated the team putting in extra work, especially on a hot summer day. Kenny isn't the cheapest guy around but he is reliable, professional and I can trust him to do a great job. With a very busy schedule, hiring the right guy for the job and getting it done correctly the first time, is a priority for me and I am glad to pay a little more for that level of service.
