I found JJ Construction through Yelp…read more I would highly recommend JJ Construction. They provided an honest quote. I actually went out and received 4 quotes. While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. The work quality was top notch. I was highly impressed by JJ Construction and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt, for a great job.

I hired Peace of Mind Exteriors and they did the job on the weekend. -- I'm happy to recommend Fidel and Peace of Mind.

The tech, Ivan, that came DID NOT GO IN THE ATTIC. He refused to due to mold, which I understand to an extent. He only put half his body in on the ladder. But he never found the reason why there was mold or why the roof was leaking. The dryer is venting into the roof, and not out, it is clogged and not installed properly, and in turn causing humidity from the dryer to stay in the roof and cause this mold. I think this is so important to understand! Additionally, there is a popped nail on the actual roof, which he did inspect, which is where the water is coming in. Another thing not discussed. Yes, a new roof is needed, but horrible inspecting and scheduling.
