However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. Oxsana let me know they were coming on Wednesday. I had wanted him to come out before and assess the window, but he wouldn't do that. He finally showed up at 1:30 for a morning appt. Since I have mobility issues, he went up to look at the window. First he needed a place to work from so I said he could use the garage. Then he asked for paint. An hour later he was at my door telling me he was finished. I made my was upstairs and almost nothing had been done. Never needed any work space and no painting either. The windows were leaking to the point that it was taped. Basically, all he did was unstick the window and nothing else. I pointed out the tape and he said he hadn't noticed it. That's his job. He went back and caulked the edge of one window. For this we paid $450. My neighbor went to look at the work and was appalled. I was embarrassed. We feel completely ripped off. Asked for a receipt that was never sent. We are now hiring another company to do it over. Save yourself a lot of grief and don't call them.

They have not finished a new overhead garage door trim and a panel on the front of the building to be hung . The quality of workmanship ... meh ..50/50 ie covering holes in the underlayment base with tyvek and tape in stead of cutting a patch/plug to fill the hole securely kinda slip shod ignore lots of small things no attention to detail..They charge TOP DOLLAR but really don't deliver they are actually a factory authorized dealer thats the main reason I choose them means nothing..Ive had smaller contractors do a much better job. Would I use them again or recommend . NOT !!!!!! They did call once last minute said they were on their way over to finish with no warning or heads up " we'll be there in 10 minutes" Problem was I was heading not of town and materials were locked up and I dont trust em to be alone had to cancel I had to cancel the appointment . Update So made it thru a winter unfinished and the some of the caulk is starting to separate going to have to be redone. The last contact I had from them was Feb. 4 2026 from the owner saying he was going to check it out to see what the situation was and get back to me. Never happened !!
