He referred me to Style Exteriors and I'm very happy with their service. Justin set up an appointment, contacted me with a reminder and to let me know he was on his way, and completed his own inspection of the roof on the house and the garage. He found no damage on my roof and sent me photos of his findings. At no time did he try to sell me services I didn't need. He was friendly and professional, and based on the other reviews, I feel confident that I could count on them if or when I do need any type of the services they offer.

Over the last winter, we had two very small roof leaks. It was apparent there had to be enough…read morestanding water and the wind blowing a certain way for the leak to occur. But I still needed it fixed. I called AMB for a REPAIR estimate. What we received instead were two NEW roof estimates. One for $79,455 and the second one for $66,755. This was after they took a core sample. Do your research when working on your roof. We absolutely did not need a new roof. We knew that and every other company that came out, agreed. I was not going to post a review on this ridiculous encounter until the company we actually hired to repair and reseal the roof came across the core sample. They informed us that it was not put back properly and was actually stuck back in with caulk and the caulk used doesn't even adhere to roofing materials. Had this not been found and repaired properly, we could have had serious roof and interior damage. Unbelievable. This whole experience is, at the minimum, really bad business practices. At the most, it borders on fraud and negligence. Buyer beware. Update: I obviously ruffled some feathers. lol. I initially had written a six page review, listing every single detail but decided against posting that. Nobody is interested in reading a novel. Bottom line is we called for a repair. We do not need a new roof. We needed repairs and a reseal. We discussed a repair. AMB pushed for a full, new roof quote as the "repair quote would be 50% of what a new roof would cost". My husband said fine, but that he was really only interested in a repair. Btw, I am only discussing here the house and attached garage. The detached garage is an entirely separate issue. My husband is sitting here flabbergasted at this company's response to the core sample and how it was left. Because what was said here is not what he was told on site. I stand by my review and every word. The sales person saw a big house on 12 acres and assumed deep pockets and a huge sale. Big mistake

New roof looks awesome!! Got it done basically in a day and the entire property was clean before they left. Overall, communication was the absolute highlight. Everyone in the office returned calls and emails immediately. Couple of small issues along the way were fully expected, but they were corrected quickly and to expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks. Oh, they were the best in pricing as well. We had about 5 estimates. Most in the same area with one outlier. Thanks for everything!!

Normally, I don't entertain…read morepeople soliciting services, but he was kind and specific about my roof needing repairs that I paused and gave him a chance. That led me to Brandon, who helped me through the entire process. Brandon worked seamlessly with my insurance company and was incredibly kind and patient. He inspected the roof with a flashlight and chalk, like he was the homicide detective of roofing. He was very thorough and found every bit of damage. After walking me through the process, the insurance company came out, confirmed the damage, and things moved quickly from there. All I had to do was sign a few papers and pick a roof color. It was so easy. The roofing team was very respectful of my wife's garden and flowers, which are close to the house, and they did a great job protecting windows and other parts of the house during their work and cleaned everything up very well afterward. I learned I have more complicated, older-style gutters, which needed a specialist of sorts to get them back to pre-damage condition (or better), and they handled it all perfectly. They also replaced my window wraps after finding hail damage there too. Now the exterior of my house looks like it got a full makeover. I'd highly recommend Pro-Resto and Brandon to help you through the whole process. Even if you don't think you have much damage, let them take a look. They're so thorough, and there might be more damage than you think! Thanks guys for a job well done.

So this review comes after a couple of years they completed work at my home…read more So let's first start with the good things. 1. their sales reps are good. They explain things to you properly and go through pricing with you fairly 2. We received Bill of material from our insurance company and all the materials arrived as listed 3. The workers who were actually doing the work were courteous and they professionally did their job Now the worst experience with this company 1. Their project managers are very rude. We were not sure whether it was because we were doing it for the first time or whether it was a racial thing 2. Anytime we called them asking for explanation of anything the person freaking with us on the phone was always rude. My wife cried a couple of times and I got involved when I saw it happening the second time. I had to literally use the threat to go to BBB for them to back off and finish the work 3. They asked for more money then the initial contract and when the above situation happened they forego the money. I believe they did that as the project manager we were freaking with was very rude and I threatened to go to BBB 4. They let go of the money without us demanding it so it means that they knew they did something wrong 5. The worst part is that as a customer you don't expect your service provider to be rude or threaten you 6. They didn't know that the city of Rolling Meadows needed a permit for any roof work. Upon our insistence they did get the permit however they should have known that as a professional company 7. When another roof company came to do an inspection for a recent hail storm we had, they said that the quality of roofing material chosen was also not top grade and ever since they did the roofing work or bedroom has started remaining colder then earlier Overall I would definitely not recommend anyone going to this company unless you really know the owners or know the project managers very well. Expect to be treated rudely and be ready to fight back
