This roofing company came highly recommended from a different office/home business company.) This year (2026) I finally decided to replace the roof to avoid any additional issues. The person in charge of selecting the roof listened to what my wish was and provided several options, from which I was able to select a wonderful high quality shingle. When the project began, all my shrubs around the house were covered to avoid damage. The team was efficient, respectful, kind, and very hard working. I would give them a 5 star review and highly recommend this family owned roofing company. They answered all my questions, all my concerns, and completed the entire roof in 2-days. A. Holt

Second, all communication was from Michael Glow, Leak Stop's owner (which I greatly appreciated). Third, they did what they proposed to do when they said they'd do it, and at a reasonable cost. Fourth, the worksite was spotless after they did the work. Fifth, after they did the work, and it was time to pay, Michael suggested that we wait until after we'd had a couple of good rains so we could be sure that their efforts had been successful. Sixth, long after that work was completed, and through a couple of seasons now, there has been zero evidence of further leaking. Therefore, I highly recommend them!!

I have discussed with the home inspector and two HVAC professionals, plus the HOA. Got called back by Matt, who after my brief description proceeded to "educate" me about what was really happening in my attic space. Multiple theories. None of them correct. He wasn't happy when I told him he was wrong, and didn't believe me when I told him I'd personally seen the set-up (along with others.) I told him to forget it and hung up. He texted me that "he didn't know what happened" but he'd been asking questions to try to help me and he CAN help me. I texted back that he hadn't asked me a single question, talked over me, and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Best we don't waste each other's time. HE TOLD ME I WAS WRONG. THAT I MISUNDERSTOOD. He was helping me! I guess the timbre of my female voice must've confused him, possibly triggered some kind of mansplaining seizure? In any case, I learned long ago never, ever to give guys like this money. YMMV.

Juan came out and looked at it, gave me a really fair quote for the work, and had two guys out to fix the roof that week. They did a great job, repaired a good number of popped shingles and cleaned up after themselves. Very good service. I would put them at the top of my list for any repair work in the future. TL;DR:. Great work, great service, good people.

After many questions, which she answered quickly and directly, I decided to choose Q and Q Services. Juan from Q and Q gave a timeline that was two weeks shorter than the others to start the job. As promised, his crew was there within a week to start the job. The roof went up within three days. The crew started early in the morning and worked tirelessly into the night. The gutters needed to be replaced, and Juan provided a very reasonable quote. The gutters were done the next day. Yahaira would check in with me to see how the project was proceeding. After the job was done, the clean up was spotless which was important since I have two dogs. I highly recommend the team at Q & Q. I'm looking to use them to replace the soffits.
