I found JJ Construction through Yelp…read more I would highly recommend JJ Construction. They provided an honest quote. I actually went out and received 4 quotes. While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. The work quality was top notch. I was highly impressed by JJ Construction and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt, for a great job.

I agreed to have them replace our roof after a hail storm. I gave them the first check from the…read moreinsurance company (1 of 2). They completed the work on the roof relatively quickly (October '17). And, it looks very nice. However, there was a VERY small portion of siding that needed to be replaced. I was told they'd send a crew out to take care of it. A couple months later I got a call asking for the second check. I told them I would happily pay them once the work was complete (siding). This seemed to be a surprise to them. A few weeks later they called again. This time to tell me I needed to go get the siding and they would install it. Not what I was expecting, but okay. We had several calls asking when I'd have the siding. Not wanting to inventory siding at my house, my reply was always "I can have it whenever you're ready, just let me know when you'll be in the area." I never got a date when they'd be there. Our last communication was 6/14/18 (9 months after starting). Saturday, 10/27/18 there's a knock on my door... it's the siding guy from New America. He was as confused as I was about the lack of communication and the fact that the materials weren't there. After he made a couple of phone calls we decided, he'd wait there while I ran and go the materials. Fifteen minutes after my return the job was done. And, it too looked very nice. My 3-star rating is due to the complete lack of communication, the length of time it took to complete the job, and their (seeming) lack of desire to finish the whole project. Finally, I would recommend having them give you an estimate RATHER than just using the insurance companies. You can reconcile the estimate with the claim rather than them.

They replaced the roof and gutters a week after we signed the agreement. Blake and Kyle and others were great to work with and we are very satisfied with the quality of work of their crews. They were the only company that provided a detailed estimate to us. One roofing company gave us just a dollar amount and nothing in writing. Another roofing company provided an estimate but it had very little details as to what additional costs could be possibly incurred if there was any underlying roof damage. They weren't the lowest priced estimate but they were competitive with the lowest estimate received. We selected them because their online reviews were excellent and honestly those reviews are well deserved.

Peerless Roofing was recommended to me by a neighbor who had his roof done by them approximately…read moreten years ago. My experience with this company has been very good, starting with the initial visit and inspection through the installation of the gutters and downspouts. Of all the roofers I had out to give estimates, Blake and his team were the only ones to physically go up on the roof to do an inspection. All the others merely stood on the ground and did visual inspections. Blake also gave a very honest assessment of the roof's condition (i.e. that it could last another 2-3 years) whereas all the other roofers just said it needed to be replaced. This honesty was one of the reasons I gave Peerless the job. Their estimate was also very detailed, so as to make comparisons with other bids easy, whereas some of the "bids" were nothing more than a contract to sign with all the details done verbally. Once the job was started, the crew worked extremely hard, from 6:30 in the morning until after 6 at night. All landscaping was covered and the group did a conscientious clean-up when the job was complete. The gutters were done the next day and that crew also worked very fast and did a great job. All in all, Peerless did a very professional job from beginning to end. While not the cheapest company, I felt that the job they did was well worth the cost of the contract. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

My situation involved a leak that was coming down into my living room ceiling. I wasn't sure where it was coming from but assumed it was the fireplace. I contacted another company that had done work on my home previously. Long story short, they were super dishonest and wanted me to do way more work than needed, quoting a very high price. We contacted Patryk after seeing his truck in the neighborhood, and he communicated very nicely. He came over, popped up on the roof for an inspection, and saw that the siding needed replacing. He pointed out that the other stuff quoted by the previous company wasn't necessary. Honesty is what we got here with Always Quality Construction. As for the work, it was perfection. He got a great color match, the work looks fantastic, and everything was clean when he left. I have more projects planned and will continue to work with them.
