At a time in my life when everything was falling apart, Kelli spoke to me with such kindness, compassion and empathy, it literally brought tears to my eyes. Hands down, if it weren't for Kelli, I would have been stressed out during the entire project. I know this, based on constant stress with the previous property managers. Forman/Project Manager CJ manages his client's needs, his crew, and multiple project requirements simultaneously. It was very impressive to observe this. CJ listens carefully to your concerns and does not hesitate to act upon them. His work ethic is exceptional. He consistently demonstrated the ability to lead his crews efficiently. CJ had Zach, Jonathan, Adam and Matt on my project with him. CJ gives clear directives while working side-by-side with his crew; all of them did a flawless job in my home. You never know what it's going to be like, when your project comes to an end; CJ ensured that the final "hand-off", exceeded all of my expectations. Office Assistant/Estimator Mari is intensely detail-oriented and does not miss a thing. I had the pleasure of meeting her while she took measurements in my condo. I asked her several questions. Mari is straightforward, I highly admire that. She answered every single one of my questions in great detail, and if she didn't know an answer on the spot, she was honest, and said, let me find out for you; I thought she was going to call me back, no, she made sure she consulted with Kelli immediately, while I was on the phone.
