General Contractor CZ Services, Inc., located in McHenry, IL. Saved My Home and My Sanity. They are Beyond, Incredible!!
After my condo was flooded end to end with sewer water, I was in a desperate situation. CZ Services, Inc. was the fourth contractor I hired. The first three talked a big game and told me what I wanted to hear but weren't able to actually deliver; here are red flags to look for; schedules that look too good to be true, are just that; when projects are said there's not much involvement, to get a signed contract, sometimes you find out afterwards, that wasn't the case.
When you contact Kelli Zientko with CZ, Services Inc. you will have no worries whatsoever. Here's what you'll be signing up for: An HONEST contractor that stays true to their word, an ORGANIZED company, people that you can DEPEND on, an entire crew, that TRULY CARES, about your needs and best interest, that produces EXCEPTIONAL WORK!!
Owner and General Contractor Chris Zientko runs a top-tier general contractor company that handles massive projects flawlessly. His team was incredibly busy when he took on this sewer flood. I thought, here we go again, more broken promises- No! Chris's team told me, "I don't know how he's going to do it, but when he commits to a project, he does what he says he's going to do". That's exactly what Chris did. Like me, Chris's word is very important to him, and he proved that start to finish. Although this was a disaster for me, this is second nature for Chris, being in the field for over 30 years. Floor to ceiling and everything in between, has been rehabbed. Out of four companies, they were the only one who did exactly what they said they were going to do. You can trust them with their word.
Chris has set the bar- He is UNSTOPPABLE.
Property Manager Kelli Zientko is a godsend; she left all the 'unknown' out of the project! She excels at managing multiple phases of numerous projects effortlessly; she is highly skilled at organizing people, tasks, and resources to ensure a project runs smoothly, and she brings order, to complex situations. Having hands-on experience laying hardwood flooring and managing projects out for bid; she speaks from knowledge, not assumptions. Kelli is proactive, she continuously brought important aspects of every phase to my attention before I could even ask. At a time in my life when everything was falling apart, Kelli spoke to me with such kindness, compassion and empathy, it literally brought tears to my eyes. Hands down, if it weren't for Kelli, I would have been stressed out during the entire project. I know this, based on constant stress with the previous property managers.
Forman/Project Manager CJ manages his client's needs, his crew, and multiple project requirements simultaneously. It was very impressive to observe this. CJ listens carefully to your concerns and does not hesitate to act upon them. His work ethic is exceptional. He consistently demonstrated the ability to lead his crews efficiently. CJ had Zach, Jonathan, Adam and Matt on my project with him. CJ gives clear directives while working side-by-side with his crew; all of them did a flawless job in my home. You never know what it's going to be like, when your project comes to an end; CJ ensured that the final "hand-off", exceeded all of my expectations.
Office Assistant/Estimator Mari is intensely detail-oriented and does not miss a thing. I had the pleasure of meeting her while she took measurements in my condo. I asked her several questions. Mari is straightforward, I highly admire that. She answered every single one of my questions in great detail, and if she didn't know an answer on the spot, she was honest, and said, let me find out for you; I thought she was going to call me back, no, she made sure she consulted with Kelli immediately, while I was on the phone.
CZ Services, Inc. took a nightmare situation and gave me my home back, they didn't return it in the previous condition prior to the flood, they made my condo better than it was to begin with! They have the highest level of integrity, it's done right the first time, no corners cut, unmatched professionalism, and genuine/authentic heart, for their clients. This is the difference in companies that are solely in business to make money, and companies that have built a strong reputation to stand the test of time. Give my general contractor company CZ Services Inc, (815-403-2311), a call, they deliver on their promises!!
Sincerely,
