I had them come out to put a backup sump pump last year. I don't really care about "fast" so much as I care about the craft and doing the job well. These guys did both, fast and just clean install. Second, tonight, even during the cold, our pipe basically burst outside. While both guys were super tired, they accommodated me. Our basement floor was wet so they knew this was important. Came right out after they could find a gap at the end of the day just to help us, it was the end of their day but they were courteous and did a great job not just replacing the valve and fixing the leak but they always provide additional tips and things to look out for which is awesome. It tells me they care about their craft and their customers, much like I care about programming as a craft and writing good code. So, you can't go wrong using these folks. Just amazing.
