They didn't use furniture pads that I bought for them to put under the couch and other furniture. I thought they used them and when I tried to move my couch, it scratched the floor. When I called them, they said it wasn't their responsibility to use the furniture pads or to get the streaks out so it looks like a new floor. They were very rude. I ended up hiring a new company for $3500 to get my floors looking the way they should've the first time. I would never use them again. They said there's nothing more they could do and it wasn't their responsibility to put on the furniture pads. I talked to the president of the company and he was very rude. I worked primarily with Daniel who was coordinating everything, and he was very communicative. Everyone who worked on the project (tiling, plumbing, electrical) was prompt and attentive. There was a small snag at the end where my heated floors weren't heating. Daniel made sure to get the electrician, tiling professional, and heated floor professional on site to quickly identify the problem and remedy. Reviewing the plumbing in my house, they noticed I had a drum trap and recommended that I replace it with a P-trap to help prevent the tub from backing up. Lenny was great, he was informative and explained the pros of replacing the drum trap. As the inspection call was late, Lenny came back the next day to replace the drum trap with a P-trap. He did a great job and verified everything worked before leaving. Running all the water in the bathroom and triple checking his work. High quality work done for a reasonable price! They were clean, consistent, easy to work with--and they liked our cats, too!
