We had an appointment set up yesterday for 4:30 to get an estimate. (The owner had me text him a week ago what I wanted done in our home. So he knew what to expect when he got here.) I texted Karl to see if we were still on about an hour before our appointment. No reply. Around 5:00, I texted him and he said he was working and had to stay for a couple more hours on that job. We had some really awful popcorn ceiling that Karl and David removed. They redid the ceiling, added recessed lights and trim, and our room looks fantastic now! They sealed the room off from the rest of the house as much as possible and kept the dust to a minimum. I was expecting to have to wash the floors for days afterwards as the dust settled, but surprisingly, there wasn't much!
