My primary bath was redone in seven working days! Dawid and his crew even squeezed in some unplanned, serious high-ceiling plaster repairs in my great room. Highly skilled. On-schedule. 7am to 5pm work days. Strong work ethic and eye for detail. They put down floor and furniture protection immediately, and they clean up after every work day. I love this company. We have used them to basically remodel our whole house. They have re-done my kids bathroom, from heated floors, lighting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, subway tiles installed in a herringbone pattern and exhaust fan. It's simply beautiful. They have also added recessed lighting throughout my house. The biggest job we had them do was to install new white oak hardwood floors throughout the house. They even re-did our stairs, railing and banisters. They also replaced all of my basement ceiling tiles and added recessed lighting there too. I was getting a new TV installed and Jakubek, inc added an outlet for me so that my TV can be installed without having any wires showing. There is nothing they cannot do and there is no one else I would trust in my home. Trust me, a good contractor is hard to find, these guys will be the only contractor you'll ever need. We put a full bathroom in our basement (and plan to work with them to completely finish the basement!) and the entire build took about 12 or 13 days. We used Jakubek's service for 3 large projects at our home. 1) they upgraded our back room by gutting it and redoing everything the way it's supposed to be. 2) they gutted and remodeled our bathroom. They explained and used the correct materials for a bathroom (the opposite of what we had). 3) they gutted and remodeled our 4-seasons room, now an extension of our kitchen. This was the 2nd time as we used a dud company previously and Jakubek came in and fixed everything they did. So many things I like about this company but just a few are that they know how to do everything and most importantly how to do it CORRECTLY. They are very prompt, show up when scheduled with everything they need and begin working. The workers are respectful and polite to me, my partner, dog and toddler. They seem very trustworthy and accurate with how they work. They seem like they actually like what they are doing too. These guys did our kitchen 2 years ago and we wanted to wait awhile before leaving a review in order to give us time to really spot any issues that you might not see right away or ones that would pop up. I can say we are extremely satisfied on the whole with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them. There were no extra charges, everything was done on time and the quality of materials and cabinets is great. The cabinet installation has some gaps we wish were tighter and some of the outlets installed underneath the upper cabinets are not aligned horizontally. You only only notice it if you live here. If they could tighten that up then 5 stars. But again, would not hesitate to recommend. read more

AMAZING JOB! This was the second major project we hired Jakubek Remodeling to do in the past year. They transformed a 4 bare walled cinderblock basement into an amazing space for our family to relax in. From designing the space to construction, the owners Robert and David were helpful with suggestions, from materials to lighting options. They were accommodating when last minute ideas were added and not once were they late.. Absolute professionals. The basement is more than we could have dreamed possible. We had a laundry room, main room and a gaming nook put in. There is also an entire wall of storage that you wouldn't believe. They created a mechanical room to hide our water tank and furnace. Jakubek is a reliable family business, and we absolutely loved working with the father-son duo (David&Robert).
