I highly recommend Bath and Kitchen Experts. I chose them for a major bathroom remodel project, a total rebuild of the master bathroom and powder room. The work that Paul (owner) and his team did was impeccable. They truly are the experts they claim to be. I interviewed four firms for this project. Paul was the first. What impressed me most was how quickly he saw possibilities for expanding the bathroom to include a shower stall as well as a tub. It never occurred to me this was a possibility. The other contractors were quick to point out potential problems, but Paul was even quicker to point out solutions. Paul set the bar for the other contractors quite high. Paul's entire team was very professional and hard working. Any major remodeling project is stressful, but one thing I did not have to worry about were these great people. Always on time and worked hard. And a nicer group of people you couldn't ask for. read more

What can I say except this place (actually it's people) are fantastic. We were looking for someone to fully remodel our bathroom so we started researching places near by. Got a few quotes and then Paul appeared. He did not just give us a quote, he gave us a vision. After discussing it, we decided to move ahead. After a few weeks we had a new "rest room" that rivaled any we've seen on our travels. My son said he felt like he was on vacation when entering the room. We were so happy with it that we proceeded to update our hallway. Now we are planning for a full kitchen/dining/living room remodel. The work force is so respectful, thoughtful and kind that we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for our remodeling needs. read more

We hired Paul after meeting with several contractors and were blown away by his vision and recommendations. He renovated our kitchen beyond anything we could have imagined. His crew was punctual, professional, and kept the space remarkably clean. We stayed in the house during the renovation, and the entire process went far better than expected. Truly top-notch work. read more

Pawel was amazing to work with, one of the most honest contractors that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very fair in his pricing. He came up with many wonderful creative ideas for us in re-designing/building our kitchen and understood our vision for the project. He was very proactive in sending design ideas and drawings for us to consider. If you're planning on re designing your kitchen or bathroom, I would highly recommend that you talk to Pawel, he's the best! read more

We had a fantastic experience with Paul from Bath and Kitchen Experts. He was incredibly personable and easy to talk to, with a clear passion for creating spaces his clients will love. He brought a lot of creativity to the table and was proactive in sending us a range of ideas--from layout concepts to specific fixtures--which really helped us envision the possibilities for our space. On top of that, he was very responsive and always quick to follow up. Highly recommend! read more

Paul and his crew at Bath and Kitchen experts are amazing! We could not recommend them more. They helped with demolishing and rebuilding a sunroom addition to our home that was falling apart. Paul's communication and knowledge during the entire process was outstanding. The crew did beautiful work- so much so that even our neighbors were impressed and asking for his info. We'll certainly be using them in the future! read more

Paul and his crew of two remodeled two of our bathrooms within a two week deadline. We had out of town guests coming to stay and he delivered as promised! Prices were fair and his guys were very efficient, quick and clean! I can't recommend this company enough and will be using them in the near future to remodel our downstairs bathroom as well! I have heard so many horror stories of contractors not delivering as promised. You won't get that from this company. Paul is good on his word! A plus rating!!! read more

We've been thinking about renovating the kitchen for two years and were referred to Paul by a neighbor who raved about his work. His communication from the first email to the last were clear and friendly and timely. He showed up on time at our house and asked questions about our needs and budget and was incredibly thoughtful and thorough in the creation of his estimate and incredibly detailed elevations. We decided not to proceed with the renovation right now but if and when do do this reno or anything else significant Paul will be the first person we think of and recommend to others. read more

We are so happy with the the outcome of our dream kitchen. Paul and his crew were professionals from beginning to the end. The price was about right for the size of our kitchen. The cabinets and counters are top quality. It's almost 2 months now and our kitchen still looks brand new! We highly recommend Bath and Kitchen Experts. Thank you so much to Paul, Robert and Mr B! read more

I feel so fortunate that we found Paul and his team of professionals at Bath and Kitchen Experts. Paul was extremely responsive and helpful when I initially contacted him for tile for the shower/bath/walls in two bathrooms. He promptly came out to look at the space and quickly responded with a very competitive price. His tile guys did a fantastic and professional job including floor leveling, waterproof membrane, 4 different tile styles and grouts, niches, and Schluter. They finished both bathrooms in a very tight time schedule. We were so happy with Paul and Bath and Kitchen Experts that we hired them again to do the glass shower surround in the master bath and backsplash in the kitchen. We have been equally as thrilled with the quality and professionalism on these projects as well. read more

Paul and his staff worked diligently to work with us in meeting a time crunch as we were trying to get our house on the market. They completed a partial master bath remodel and some additional drywall installation all within the needed time and far lower than other estimates we had received. Paul's staff were professional, courteous and neat. After completion of the work, Paul made sure that we were satisfied, and checked on the progress regularly. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have minor or major remodeling done. read more

Sent 2 emails requesting small kitchen remodeling quotes which were not responded too.

Paul and his crew were wonderful to work with. This is the second but not the last time I plan on hiring them. Paul helped me turn an awful outdated kitchen into a beautiful space I enjoy. I found them to be competitively priced. They were professional, prompt and courteous. I have 2 special needs adults in my home and they were very respectful of their needs. I highly recommend this company. read more

To me hidden reviews say a lot on Yelp. If someone who doesn't regularly write reviews makes the effort to come online they probably have strong feelings about a business one way or another if they went through the trouble of creating a Yelp account just to let their feelings be known. It's telling that Bath and Kitchen experts has 10 hidden reviews and they're all 5 stars. We wanted to replace our shower and reached out to Paul after I had done A LOT of online searching. It's tough to find a truly local, non-corporate business to do little jobs like ours, and I'm not a fan of sales pitch presentations. Paul came out to our house for a quote and was prepared with samples and an iPad to help us visualize what our new shower would look like. He spent as much time as was needed to help use do a mini-bathroom remodel and replace an aging, depressing shower with something we absolutely love. The work was completed in a day and seamlessly integrates into our existing bathroom. Will absolutely use Bath and Kitchen experts again in the future, both when we plan to update our 2nd bathroom and eventually remodel our kitchen as well. Thanks Paul! read more

Remodeled my small bathroom. All the work went smoothly. The crew was always prompt, courteous, and professional. Once the job was complete, Paul made sure we were 100 % satisfied. I had a couple of concerns, touch ups and the like, that he promptly had taken care of. I would definitley reccomend Bath and Kitchen Experts and would use them again. read more

We were very happy with the work that Paul and his team did on renovating bathroom. There was a little more work involved because we took a wall/closet out of the hallway in order to add more space for the bathroom. Everything went great and we felt very comfortable working with the team along the way. Paul is very attuned to good customer service and I really believe he cares about the quality of the work his guys do and making sure the customer is happy. We will definitely be calling him for more work we do in the future. read more

We are absolutely over the moon ecstatic about our brand new beautiful bathroom thanks to Paul and Bath & Kitchen Experts!! From start to finish the entire process was exceptional! We planned our bathroom remodel for almost 2 years and when it came time to entrust our project to others, we took great care in that selection! I'm very particular about how I like things done... and so is my Architect husband -so I was very diligent in my research. We were impressed with Bath & Kitchen Experts from the start! We took notice of their portfolio and previous stellar reviews!! Meeting Paul then sealed the deal! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the distance for us in terms of how we envisioned the space. Paul assembled his talented and skilled crew to realize our dreamy spa-like bathroom! You may think with all of the various disciplines needed to do the job there would be 10 people coming to our home everyday, but because Paul and his team of professionals are so skilled, with expertise in absolutely all of the various trades required for a complete bathroom gut-remodel from scratch.....that was not the case! We had ONE main craftsman and Jack of All Trades....Jerry, and 2 more talented Bath & Kitchen Experts pro's joined us a bit later! Jerry was AWESOME!!!! He knew everything about everything! His attention to detail was 2nd to none!!! To begin with...he was so organized and careful with the surroundings -were you not in the actual bathroom you would almost not even know there was such a big project taking place...because everything was covered and protected everyday ....and at the end of the day....cleaned up nicely. The prefab shower-tub was removed and Jerry of Bath & Kitchen Experts completely redesigned that entire area expanding it to have a much larger footprint as a stand alone shower. Then he installed every individual subway glass tile....one at a time-piece by intricate piece, including building out a niche in the shower wall. Then glass pro -Radek- installed beautiful 3/4 inch glass -7 ft shower doors (with hardware) the likes of which I've not seen anywhere other than in very high end spaces-spas-and resorts! Jerry installed ledger stone tile ---floor to ceiling-- to create a stunning accent vanity wall with inset mirrors and lighting perfectly set- ....not at all easy to do on stone, not to mention meticulously cutting glass and stone so that everything lines up correctly!! Greg also worked on the ledger tile and did an excellent job!! Jerry installed porcelain floor tile that ran throughout the bathroom floor and into the shower floor where he skillfully custom designed the shower base and threshold so that all of the bathroom flooring was uniform! Jerry was always 10 steps ahead, for-seeing what we would need to decide on, and asking our preferences at each and every interval. Painting, lighting, installation of all new shower-vanity-bathroom fixtures, electrical work-reconfiguring plumbing...you name it -they did it! It's clear Paul and his awesome crew at Bath & Kitchen Experts take pride in their work & hold themselves to delivering on the high standards they have set for themselves so that their clients are beyond 100% satisfied with their work. I think it's important to add ...they were all... VERY nice, friendly and pleasant people! So not only do we have a gorgeous bathroom now...We also made some new friends along way!!! I MOST HIGHLY recommend Bath & Kitchen Experts! They are absolutely fantastic! read more

Paul and his team did a great job on our hardwood floors, upstairs carpet, and bathroom remodel! This company is flexible and very responsive; we couldn't be happier. read more

Paul and his team do amazing work! The price was fair, the crew was professional, and the result was amazing! I love my new kitchen!

Words can't explain how happy we are with our powder room remodel handled by Paul at Bath & Kitchen Experts in August 2018. Paul provided excellent ideas to make our very small bathroom function and look it's best and made the whole process seamless. The bathroom went from a major dated eyesore to something out of a magazine. Jerry did an amazing job on the work and was very communicative, professional, patient and pleasant. He completed the work in less than 2 weeks and even worked a Saturday to get the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend Bath & Kitchen Experts to anyone wanting to remodel a kitchen or bath and am sure we will use them again in the future as well. Thank you again, Paul and Jerry! read more

We used Bath & Kitchen Experts to remodel our upstairs bathroom. I liked Paul immediately after my first phone call to him asking about an estimate. He was friendly, informative and felt trustworthy... and all three traits held up during the entire remodel! He was able to provide suggestions on the bathroom and help us, as first time remodelers, understand the process. His prices were competitive and he worked with us to stay within our budget. We had a lot of mold issues that came up during the demo (which we expected and discussed ahead of time) and his additional costs to fix the problem were extremely reasonable. I can be a very picky person who likes to know all the small details and ensure things are done correctly, and Paul and his team were patient and understanding of my questions. Paul even went shopping with me one day after I purchased the wrong items! Our bathroom was completed within the timeline we were given and we're absolutely in love with it. I would (and will) recommend Paul to everyone I know. In fact, he's helping us next week with another project in our house! read more

Remodeling of our master bathroom went fine once it got started. Paul's crew demolished the old bathroom and did all plumbing and electrical work, wall tile, vanity, floor tile, plumbing fixtures, shower pan and lighting installations in 9 days. Vanity top and shower glass were installed later and a shower repair was completed after a call to Paul. Paul's crew was very professional, paid attention to details and did a great job. read more

Had Bath Xpert install two showers(with bathtubs). They did an excellent job and they look great. They do good work and are pretty quick.

I highly recommend Bath & Kitchen Experts. Paul and his team renovated our master bath on time and on budget at a competitive price. From our initial meeting and throughout the construction, Paul and his team were punctual, courteous, and compliant with our in-house COVID protocol. The demo crew did a clean and highly efficient job, covering the floors and stairs, sealing off the work area and ventilating, and were out in under three hours. Tony and Adam did fantastic craftsmanship, asked lots of detailed questions, took plenty of measurements, and took the time to explain issues that inevitably arise with any renovation project -- their expertise really put me at ease. I pay very close attention to the details and can confidently say that they were meticulous in getting everything perfect. Even when a fixture arrived a little later than expected, they came back Christmas Eve morning to put the finishing touches. Again, I highly recommend! read more

Honestly, Yes! As good as it gets! From the initial design conversation and promptness with scheduling (not one minute late). No surprises, exception work, respectable workers. Great, great communication. They always showed up when they said they would and right on time. They asked questions before any changes or gave an opinion where they thought something might work better or look better. We always took their advise BTW. When I walk through my new kitchen, I feel like I'm on vacation in a beautiful place. Highly recommend Paul and his team from electrical, to plumbing. The plumber even fixed our water pressure for no charge. read more

We recently had Bath & Kitchen Experts add a shower to an existing powder room. We are very pleased with the overall experience and finished product. Paul was friendly and helpful from the start, and his trade crew were courteous and skillful hard workers who minimized the dirt and disruption. I consider myself a critical and picky person who knows good work when I see it. I would definitely recommend them, and will plan to use them again for similar projects. read more

I was searching for a plumber for my Mom and of course I turned to Yelp. I quickly realized that I was going to need more than just a plumber, but a company that could also potentially repair tile, drywall, etc.,. I stumbled on Bath and Kitchen Experts with a perfect score and had to refer them to my Mom. She called them and spoke with Paul and had an appointment right away. Paul came over, assessed the work that needed to be done and identified the problem that other plumbers had missed. The estimate was free. My Mom was so happy with Paul! He is professional, honesty, fair with pricing and excellent at what he does! He sent his team over to work on the job and throughout the entire process he would follow-up daily with my Mom to find out how the job was going, if she was happy, and if she had any questions or concerns. What contractor does that?? How impressive! When the job was completed, Paul came by the house again to double check the job his team had done and if my Mom was still happy with the work. WOW!!! This was not a large job for him, but he treated it as if it were. I am positive he treats every customer and job like it's the most important, regardless of the size. Not only is his work product superior, but Paul is just a really great guy. If you are doing business with someone, it is even better if you actually enjoy working with them. I had the pleasure of meeting Paul one day and I could see first hand why my Mom was so happy! If you want quality work at a fair price, quick response, a company that actually cares if you are happy and someone that you will enjoy working with, then you need to call Bath & Kitchen Experts! You will not be disappointed! read more

We just finished our second bathroom remodel with Paul within two years. His prices are fair, and you can price out your own materials or have Paul do it for you. His crews can demo and re-do walls, cover everything from electrical to plumbing, and can also install acrylic or tile. Basically, if you need something done in your bathroom, Paul can handle it. Prices are fair, and quality is good. Unlike a lot of contractors, Paul is a local guy who puts his money where his mouth is with a storefront near O'Hare. Paul's not going anywhere til the job's done; believe us, Paul will not leave your place until the finished product is exactly how you want it. His guys are polite and respectful of the home, and even cleaned our garage up every day until they were done. They came and went at reasonable hours, and showed up when they said they would. Ever have a contractor disappear for days on end? Paul won't pull that. Overall, remodeling is a big decision...we think you'll find Paul as competitive as anyone with a good customer focus. read more
