While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. What stood out to us was Enviable was already doing work in the neighborhood. They had a very large crew working on a roof with supervisor, Keith, on site. Keith inspected our roof and siding that day and started the ball rolling with our insurance. He met the insurance adjuster at our house. Enviable worked relentlessly with our insurance to get the maximum paid by them. We decided to upgrade the siding, roof, window wrap and gutters. They replaced the water damaged underlayment and flashing caused by builder(1987) negligence that we suspected but couldn't find. Keith, Seth or Joe were on site every work day and after, checking on the work done the day before. Any minor issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Superior service!
