He was very warm and personable (he recommended a lunch spot nearby that is now one of our favorites in the area!) He walked through all the details with us, gave us a bunch of advice (not in an overbearing way all though - which I'm sensitive to), and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Getting the work done: I was able to text Brian throughout and he texted to check to make sure things were going well, which was helpful. The project manager for the crew was on top of things and made sure everything was being done to our expectations. A team came first to rip out the old floor and then the installation crew came to level the floor and install carpet and hardwood. They paid attention to all the details and gave me options (with pricing) when they found unexpected issues in our new house. Everything was done on time and as expected. The quality of the installation was excellent - corners were sharp, no gaps or issues with the hardwood, carpet was installed really well, etc. The only concern I had was that the flooring people didn't take the molding they had to rip out/replace, which should have been thrown out; Brian had them take care of that after I reached out about the problem, so the issue was resolved (though it would have been nice if the crew had taken all the molding without me needing to intervene). Vibes: Brian, our sales rep / account manager, was wonderful. The crew was fine; they left toilet seats up in bathrooms when they left which isn't the end of the world but is a personal pet peeve and it made me feel like they didn't treat my house with full respect. Otherwise they were very orderly and cleaned up each day after leaving. Cost: Pricing was all competitive with other companies I considered. Overall: I'll likely be hiring them again! They're better than any other flooring company I've hired, and I've hired a few in the last 5 years.

He was kind and patient when we waited for other unit owners in the building to decide, and did not push us to move quicker or make a decision when we were not yet ready. Ordering windows took a few weeks and teams on install day moved swiftly and kept the area clean after! I also want to note that we live on the 3rd floor of a condo building and many contractors said they could not install and/or needed additional materials, external infrastructure and costs to do the project, but Jacob made it seamless with bringing windows up the stairs, and doing an internal install, which incurred no extra install costs. To me, his number one goal is to deliver a quality product without cutting corners. He is adept with his communication and listening skills. He is very clean, he partitions his work area with plastic sheeting, not allowing dust to spread throughout your home. He cleans up every evening prior to going home. Luis successfully bade and completed two very complex jobs on time and on budget. Job 1: Remove exterior door, concert landing, replace 2 sheets of exterior siding, frame and insulate the existing opening. Hang drywall to the interior seamlessly matching the existing walls and paint. Conclusion: Luis completed the job in 3 days. Viewing the interior and exterior of my home, you'd never know an exterior door existed at the previous location. All remnants of the landing were gone. Job 2: Luis expertly hand painted (two coats) my 2000 sq ft home and elongated 2 car garage. He was very detail oriented, painting the house, trim and doors.
