From our first phone conversation, I was sold and didn't entertain any other offers. I was looking to have laminate installed on my entire 1st floor, and Scott advised me on the most cost-effective and easy way to get this done. From start to finish, his expertise has been INVALUABLE. He and his team have treated my home with the utmost respect, and have done immaculate work. Each day I come home more impressed than the day before, and as he wraps up (today!) I am so excited to see the end product. In addition to the laminate floors, during one of our consultations I mentioned that we were hoping to eventually replace the existing doors and closets with white ones, and Scott mentioned that he could help us take care of that. Do not use this company! I made the horrible mistake of…read morehiring Incredible Builders to do an update on my home. If you want something done right the first time, DO NOT USE IBI! They designed a kitchen remodel from a blank slate (completely gutted) that could not fit a standard sized refrigerator. They didn't realize this until the kitchen was done. Brand new cabinets had to be pulled and replaced so that we could have a fridge. They installed tile in three areas (kitchen backsplash, sunroom floor, powder room floor). All three areas had to be fixed or redone. The backsplash had to be completely ripped out and redone because the spacing was off and the grout was uneven (completely missing in areas). The installer blamed the tile, but after they brought their "best" installer, there were no issues. The 225 sq ft sunroom had tiles that needed to be replaced due to uneven spacing and the grout had to be stained because it was applied incorrectly making it the wrong color. Finally, the powder room had spacing and grout issues which looked like a first time DIYer botched the job. It was "fixed" by the installer, but still looked awful. IBI gave us a partial credit and I had to hire someone else to rip out the entire floor and completely replace it. Additionally, they subcontracted almost all of the work that was done anyway (what they did themselves was unprofessional and poor quality as well - kitchen design and cabinetry). Save yourself a major headache and hire someone who can get the job done right the first time. Response to the owner: Not everything was resolved. This was just one example of the nightmare of an experience we had with your company (see additional reviews on Google and Facebook). Plus, we had to hire and pay someone else to fix your work.

When it got time for me to get the bathrooms done I had the tough task of finding someone I could trust to do the work; as a single girl in the city I didn't want to get taken advantage of. Luckily, my handyman got me in touch with Tim at LA Remodel. Tim and his partner Mike are great. They came out, we talked about what I needed done and gave me an estimate. The work they did was excellent and completed quickly. Since they knew I was on a budget they consulted any time something unexpected came up that would cost more or let me know if there were ways I could save some money, which is why I decided to paint the bathrooms myself and save some cash. I felt like Tim was psychic, I told him what type of look I was going for and all of the samples he brought for me to choose from were spot on. He even picked the faucets that I would've chosen myself. They were also really neat and clean; you get to one bathroom through my bedroom and you could hardly tell they'd been there they cleaned up so well on a daily basis; my rug was cleaner than it was before they started! Tim even called so he could return my cat's favorite toy, which they accidentally took when finishing the job. I thanked him from avoiding a potential crisis since watching her diligently search for it was pretty sad. You almost forget she easily has about 50 other toys she could play with. Tim and his partner also did some work for my parents. They too were thrilled with the quality of work they did for him. As my mom said, their estimates may not be the lowest, but they're spot on - so no surprises. Bottom line: Tim and his partner Mike do great, quality work.
