I was very pleased with the quality of service provided. Communication was excellent especially in giving me timely updates on when the service would be completed. They did a wonderful job of repairing a glass window in my home. They were professional; punctual, and kind. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will definitely use Arax Windows in the future and will request Roman. He was wonderful. read more

We used Arax to replace 12 windows in our condo. They did a great job. Very accommodating with our changing schedule. Installers worked all day on a Saturday custom fitting the glass into the existing frames. Hard working and very pleasant to work with. Alex who estimated the job was informed, complete and helpful throughout the project. I am very happy we chose Arax for our job. read more

I have used Arax Windows repair twice now and I cannot recommend them enough. This time I had 5 windows that needed to be repaired, and I need them replaced ASAP! Initially I called 3 other companies and they wanted so much money even someone told me that the charge for estimate. Finally I was able to reach Arax and Ivan came the next day as promised. Technicians showed up on time the same day I contracted them on Friday. They were very professional and went above and beyond. They were patient in explaining me what opitions we have. They treat every job with the same level of attention. It does not matter if they are replacing a set of windows, or replacing windows panes or balances. read more

We did some research on the web and called Arax Window Repair and actually spoke with a real live person, Ivan, who came to our house to appraise the job, sent a detailed estimate of what the work entailed and what it would cost. Rather than outright replacing all windows, which would be easy approach to take, technicians werr able to provide more nuanced diagnoses of the issue. After that, they proposed multiple solutions together with their pros/cons, to help me make an informed decision. They were also very efficient, and finish the job much faster than anticipated. We are very satisfied with what Arax Window Repair did and want to encourage others who want to hire a responsible specialist to call on Arax Windows. Thanks again, Ivan, for an excellent job well done. read more

Ivan is the main guy from Arax Windows who worked with me. I had cracked windows, broken screens, and broken channel balance mechanisms, all due to old age. When Ivan came over to do his estimates, he skillfully disassembled the window components to accurately measure the dimensions with his tape measure and caliper. He honestly told us which parts are good, and which need to be replaced. His team came in a few days, at the time he promised, with the replacement glass windows and parts prepared, and they accurately and skillfully did their repairs in 4 hours, as promised, coming prepared with a variety of power tools and manual tools. His pricing was reasonable, and he gave discounts based on which parts were not needed. He is a cool guy and professional. If I have any other window repair jobs, I would contact him again. read more

I had a crack in my window and I called Arab Windows Repair. I set up an appointment with Ivan and showed the crack in the window and the window that would not stay open. Also asked to check and lubricate all windows since they are hard to open. He measured the window and check the window that would not stay open and shortly after I received an estimate. The office staff was very pleasant when I call to schedule the repairs. The day they came they took out the window and repaired it outside and brought it back in. Fixed the balance on the window and lubricated all windows, even did a screen repair. The price was very reasonable. The work they did was excellent. If I have any other problems with my windows I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

Amazing work! I just had them repair 3 rotted windows and they did beautiful work. They spent the time and did not rush. I highly recommend them. Price was very fair, they cleaned up, very polite. Will use them again. read more

Do not use them!! My appointment was today (also never got a confirmation call yesterday confirming the appointment) and I get a call from Alex stating I wasn't home, I was and they didn't knock or call. He then called Ivan (who looks to be the owner) and then said they can't fix it. My balcony door is on the 2nd floor and you cant see the damage from the outside since its on the inside of the door. There was no arax vehicle driving around either so looks like they didn't want to come out and made any excuse to get out of it. Alex even mentioned the guy was still in the area so why wouldn't he come back? Because this company is dishonest and you should not give them your business. On a side note, I told Alex another company told me repairable he said "there you go, just go with them" and told me to "have a nice day" and hu. Very unprofessional. read more

Great work! Windows look like new. Has 7 windows that were rotted out. Price was fair and they did the work in one day.

I have an old apartment building in Aurora and was really stuck with many broken window crank assemblies that no-one in the whole state could or would fix. With Arax expert service to help me identify the parts and repair guidance with tips, I was able to have the windows fixed. This saved me from having to replace windows in the entire building (otherwise it would look terribly inconsistent). We passed our rental building inspection without any problems and tenants were not inconvenienced by entire window replacements. read more

I highly recommend Arax Windows Work to anyone who needs the service they provide. Initially, Ivan responded to my request for an estimate to replace two foggy windowpanes and repair rotten wood sash on three windows. His estimate, which was fairly priced, arrived timely as promised. Today, Wednesday, 7/6/22, Russell and his teammate (didn't get his name), showed up at the appointed time, having come from an earlier job many miles away. They completed all of their work promptly and efficiently, in a high-quality manner. They thoroughly cleaned up their worksite before leaving. Thank you, Ivan, Alex (contact person) and Team Russell. read more

Great service!!!! They've replaced several window panes in our home that had broken seals! So much less expensive than replacing a whole window! Also they've done outstanding work repairing some rotted outside sills. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!! read more

I have gotten their name from a friend few years ago, for whatever reason have been delaying the issue with our slider and as of recently we have gotten a new dog so we really were desperate to fix our main gateway to the backyard. I thought they would come and quote me a completely new door. I was pleasantly surprised when the professional, polite and friendly Ivan showed up. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got on his knees and fixed the problem in less than 5 mins. This was life changing and priceless! Thank you - we definitely will be using those guys in the future and highly recommend! read more

We would recommend these guys! They have a great work ethic and take pride in their work. For the house we just purchased, they replaced 16 window sashes, 14 window sills, 23 brick mouldings around the windows and replaced glass in 9. They were courteous, arrived on time, cleaned up outside and inside and finished the job ahead of schedule. We are very pleased and would definitely hire them again if other windows should need work. read more

Boy what a mistake. Great on evaluating problem and doing a temporary fix Never got back to us on what costs would be for permanent fix. Finally after calling them several times we were told they are too busy for our small job. So they don't finish what they start and are not responsive to your calls. Forget them!! read more
