As bad or worse than any other HOA. We are paying an astronomical $165.00 a month, but no one knows what that money is going towards. We have a homeowner who lives right by the street at one of the entrances who continues to allow drug deals, prostitution and other illegal activities to go on. This particular home has had the SWAT team come out more than 3 times over the last year which caused the school across the street to lock down, closed off the community along with its entrances and surrounding streets, keeping us locked inside our homes for hours. The pool is constantly being shut down in order to shock it because people throw horrible things into it including dirty diapers and feces. The parking lot is cracked and covered in potholes. There is signage by the mailboxes that is cracked and damaged with no community information inside (which is its purpose). Some of the homeowners are not living here but are utilizing their residence as an AIRBNB, bringing in people who are noisy and disruptive to the neighborhood There is trash strewn all over on any given day Recycle bins are almost always overflowing What this "company" is doing is outrageous and because an HOA is the final say, we just have to pay and deal with it? Snow has certainly earned all the negative ratings posted on all review platforms like Yelp, BBB and others as my emails have been ignored by our Eastbrook Community Manager Agnelo Ribeiro and Snow Owner Dustin Snow. and, worst of all, we are being violated. rights we have in our HOA not to provide us with information and documents related to our community We changed the management company supposedly to improve and we are worse, we do not have the most basic information, such as information: clear, complete, detailed and updated in the first month our main pool was officially closed by our county because our SPA does not have any chlorine residue We are in our fifth month with this administration and to date they have not been able to present us with a basic minimum repair and maintenance plan to keep all areas of our community in good condition. This company is definitely not recommended at all and deserves -5 stars and you should do your research before wanting to hire this company that violates and tramples on the documents that govern our HOA. The worst property management company in AZ is Snow Property Services. It is like a curse because half of my friends live in communities he manages. He is literally a slum lord when it comes to maintaining the communities. He hires the lowest bidder and it shows. Dead grass, trees that fall over and take 2 months to clean up, graffiti that sits on the walls for 2-3 months, etc. All he does is send threatening violation letters and letters to collect fees and fines. If you are going to buy a home ask if the HOA uses Snow Property Services. If they do then RUN the other way and don't look back. When I have called to try and talk to him it usually takes 2-3 days to hear back from him, if ever. Getting a landscape change approved takes a solid two weeks. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM A CON ARTIST STEALING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO DO NOTHING BUT GIVE YOU EMPTY PROMISES. read more

I am writing this review of Snow Property Services (SPS) and the great service they provide. Having read the good and negative reviews in Google and Yelp, I know that Dustin Snow and Kimberley Porter provide excellent service no matter how trivial the request may be. Both have returned my emails and phone calls in a timely manner and resolved all of my/community issues. Those who gave negative reviews obviously do not know that a property management company works for the HOA board and must do what an HOA board approves. The HOA board sets the monthly fees, what projects need to repaired/built, request and review bids for major projects and select the winning bidder. It is far easier to gripe and write negative reviews instead of running for a board position and try to make a difference in your HOA community. read more

Snow Property Services has been instrumental in helping our HOA Board move from virtually defunct for almost ten years to functioning smoothly and effectively in less than two years. We were able to deal with all the issues that had been ignored during that hiatus. I am the current HOA President, and I have to say their advice, instruction, and assistance has been vital in helping the Board deal with every issue that has arisen. They have helped us enter the digital age by creating a portal that allows our membership access to their individual accounts and has streamlined the payment of HOA fees. They are the most personable and professional people you could ever deal with. Any and all problems are dealt with promptly and efficiently. No problem is to large or to small. I was attracted to La Jolla Cove many years ago - attracted by it's well maintained property. I have purchased units at that location, managed by Snow Properties. I have had several occasions to contact Snow Properties with maintenance issues. In each and every occasion they have been professional and prompt. I am in the habit of leaving reviews when I am not satisfied - as I believe most of us are. All the excellent service goes unreported, which leaves a very overall distorted picture.
