Despite having owned and sold two homes prior, we didn't really know where to start with a new construction and we relied heavily on their expertise and advice to get us started and through the process with our builder. I truly believe we had a relatively smooth build due to Mark and Mickie's presence with the builder project managers and sales office. We had so many questions during the build process and both Mark and Mickie were able to answer them quickly and effectively. Their skill also helped us make better informed choices that will ultimately provide us a higher return on our investment. Without the Newman's, I fear we would have not allocated our money optimally towards options and possibly overspent in the wrong areas. Mickie's eye for design, general cost of upgrades and knowledge of what sells a home helped us make the overwhelming fast-paced two-day design center appointments much easier and cost-effective. After our pre-drywall inspection, we had a serious concern brought to our attention and Mark was persistent in getting the matter addressed by the project managers and was able to reach a resolution to ensure our safety. I would never want to build a home without realtor help. There were many instances throughout the process where we wondered, "Is this normal?" and Mark and Mickie were both right there to tell us yes or no, and if no, they followed up on our behalf, which really saved our sanity. We are so thankful we had this honest, hardworking and personable team on our side.

Working with Mark Newman was hands down the best real estate experience we could have imagined --…read moreand this was our very first home purchase. From start to finish, Mark went so far above and beyond! Mark was referred to us by family, and now we understand why everyone raves about him. He combines deep market knowledge with genuine care and integrity. Buying your first home can be overwhelming, especially doing it from out of state, but Mark made the process seamless. He was proactive with updates, incredibly responsive to every question (no matter how small), and always ten steps ahead in anticipating what we might need. What really stood out was how much Mark truly advocates for his clients. He didn't just help us find a house -- he guided us through inspections, offered honest advice at every decision point, and connected us with trusted local resources. His professionalism is top‑tier, but he also has such a warm, personal touch that made us feel supported and confident every step of the way. If you're looking for an experienced, trustworthy, and genuinely kind realtor who will treat your purchase or sale like it's his own, look no further than Mark Newman. We would recommend him without hesitation to anyone we know. He made our very first home‑buying experience exciting, smooth, and truly memorable -- and we are beyond grateful. A few things in a tough experience as a first time buyer.....this was a relocation sale which was…read moremy realtors first. My loan did not close as a result of my bank making errors not being timely with paperwork but nevertheless the ball was dropped on the communication aspect with my "team". With a 78k loan on a house this should've been smooth as butter..... Dylan with the Chader team was a great realtor as far as traveling with me to see many houses in different towns throughout Phoenix. He was very flexible with meeting me at various houses that were far across towns (Chandler , Maricopa, Casa Grande). However, the houses he was picking were not exactly what I was looking for. In fact, the primary houses I was considering on purchasing or made offers on I actually found on my own. The house I actually bought I found. I'm quite happy with my purchase but I found that I would end up making my own list of houses and having him to let me in more or less. Also the negotiating skills were sub par in my experience. I understand that all realtors want the sale. I've had this experience with realtors in the past. I come up with an offer that's well below the asking price of the seller and I am advised against it. I offer it anyway and the seller actually came down every time. In this particular case the asking price was fair for the house. I came in with an offer 10k lower than asking price. They moved down 1k I made another couple offers. Then I made a mistake which my realtor should've caught considering he's working for me. I didn't think about closing costs as a first time buyer of a home. So my last offer was 168k with closing costs in response to them coming down to 169k..... After making a verbal agreement it was later that night I explained to my realtor that I could've just paid what they asked and they probably would've covered closing costs (as this is customary) So I explained this to Dylan and he replied that we verbally agreed so it's too late. So if my realtor was paying attention to the negotiation and looked out for me as a client, he couldve said hey just pay asking because you'll actually pay more by paying 168k and closing costs. Overall, my experience with the chader team gets a generous 2 stars due to my realtors flexibility and timeliness.... however the negotiation skills , representation and attention to what the buyer is looking for need to improve a bit.

I wanted to find a realtor who knew the area and someone who would be as transparent as I would be. Dan was able to 1) guide me in the right neighborhood and 2) give me his honest opinion about some of the properties I wanted to see. I can say that he went above and beyond the call of duty to show me around the listings he suggested as well as some that I wanted to see. Dan is quick to respond and is very reliable. I was only in town for the week and needed to sign a lease ASAP. Unfortunately, time was not in my favor, but Dan stepped up and helped coordinate with the landlords a walk through and made sure everything was good. He held on to the keys until I moved a month later. I really appreciate Dan for all his hard work. I highly recommend him if you are in the market to buy! I look forward to working with Dan again!
