Steve and Team helped us get into our first home! We worked with Forest Zemel who we highly recommend. The team overall: you feel confidence and see that they are professionals and well versed. The process was fluid and was always ahead of schedule because of there knowledge and pro-activeness. We met with Steve who is a great guy and worked with Forest who was our realtor through the journey. He is very customer oriented. He was always responsive, to calls, requests, and if he didnt know the answer he made sure to find someone who could. He negotiated and mediated between all parties very fairly and made sure we were comfortable and understood our decisions and thought processes. I would definitely reccomend Forest and will see him as the professional I use with buying/selling a home. read more

We just closed on our first home! Lupita helped my parents close on there home about 7 years ago and I was very happy with her follow up throughout the years even after closing she still had the time to reach out to my parents and see how things were going. That's the reason I chose Lupita as my realtor. The market in AZ is crazy right now but she had made things a little less stressful through this process! shes a very positiv, polished and educated women. If you need a realtor choose her! Thank you Lupita! We Appreciate you! -Kim&Hector read more

When it came time to sell my Gilbert property, I decided to give Steve a call. He helped me buy two rental properties before, so I trusted him to help me sell my property. Steve was able to check out the property since I was dealing with some tenants, and he was able to tell me what I needed to do to ensure I got the most I could from the sale. Steve was able to keep an eye on the property during the remodel because I live out of state. He gave me his honest opinion about remodeling and which areas to remodel in order to get the maximum price I was looking for. When it was ready to go, we were able to get full asking price in just a week and a half. I was really happy with the outcome! I couldn't have done it without Steve! Sell or buy with Steve and you won't regret it! read more

((review written by Debbie Stantus, wife of Kyle Stantus whose profile this is!)) Steve Trang with Stunning Homes Realty exemplifies what 5 Stars means. Steve has supported Phoenix Children's Hospital for the past few years, donating $20,000 to our patients in the last two years alone! He is professional, charitable, kind and helpful- and gives back to the community in the same way he gives back to his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reputable, helpful, community-minded realtor. Thanks Steve for all you do! read more

My husband and I are so happy we used Claudia Jorgensen as our realtor. She was so easy to work with, very efficient, and gave us good recommendations to help us purchase our dream home. She was able to make what could have been a stressful occasion, very simple and relaxing occasion. Just knowing she was taking charge and helping us every step of the way allowed us to relax a bit more. We are extremely grateful and hope you will make the same decision and use her!!!! read more

The realtor, Ming Trang or so I called Uncle Ming is a wonderful agent. Unlike many others who keep pushing their clients to purchase the house as quickly as possible and pay an expensive price (since they get 5%), Uncle Ming not only told us to wait to the right time. He said that 2nd and 3rd quarter have the most homes for sale so wait until that time. Once we got a house that we liked after 6.5K off for a minor roof fixing and on pending, one Monday, it rained so hard and he recommended us to check for damages in case we wanted to change our mind. Since all my family was busy at work, school, etc, Uncle Ming went to the house and checked for leaks himself for 2 hours. My parents always appreciate his effort. Although the main goal of a company in an economist's view is to maximize the profits, these agents have a conscience that defeats the maximization of profits. Working with Uncle Ming was a great experience. At 8AM during weekends or as late as 8PM at night, even if his place is closed, Uncle Ming still showed us the house if we wanted to. He was also punctual and patient if we made it late to the appointment. His dedication for work and good conscience are the factors that make me recommend any of you to try this Realty. We live not to use others. I also would like Uncle Ming to make profits because what is the point of working on something if one does not make any money? but his integrity is what important. read more

I rarely write Yelp reviews but felt I should do so in this case... Ryan Nager at Stunning Homes Realty helped my fiancee and I buy our first home in June 2014. We started our search perhaps a little over-anxious and Ryan really helped to impart his expertise and ask the right questions so that we could accurately narrow down what we were looking for and at what price. By taking a true consultative approach, he actually talked us out of buying the most house we could afford and made sure that the decisions we made aligned with our personal and financial goals. In any commissioned sales activity there exists the potential for conflict-of-interest; knowing that Ryan was focused on putting our interests first was refreshing. read more

When we thought about selling our Chandler home, we interviewed multiple agents. Steve seemed to be only one that sat down with me and asked me about my situation. We told him that it was really important to us to get the most amount of money possible so we could pay down our debt. We went over his marketing plan, and it all made sense to us. We were really nervous when our home went on the market, but Steve and his team kept me in touch along the whole process. We got our full asking price the second week we were on the market, and we couldn't have been more elated. We've already recommended Steve to our daughter, and she's been really happy, too. Thank you! read more

We were looking to buy an investment property in Arizona during the economic downturn. Steve Trang was recommended to me by my banker at Chase. When we called Steve, he was very accommodating. We looked at 28 different properties on my trip. We wrote offers on four properties, and we ended up buying a fourplex. This fourplex has been one of my greatest investments, consistently bringing me just shy of 2000 per month. Steve has the heart of a servant, and he was extremely helpful and easy to work with. read more

I would like to update my review from June. After moving into our new home, it was discovered that there were some issues that did not get corrected. Steve went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed to our satisfaction. He got back to me right away, followed up on a timely matter to make sure the issues were resolved. We could not be more pleased with Stunning Homes during, but more importantly AFTER the transaction. THANK YOU! read more

I bought my first house with Steve Trang in 2009. My first impression was that he is extremely sincere and patient. He spent time to explain to me the whole process and answer all of my questions thoroughly. I find him to be extremely professional and have already referred him to my parents and aunt. Recently his team helped my family to sell and they impressed us again with their knowledge and professionalism. I would recommend Steve Trang to anyone!! read more

Steve was not my first realtor, and I wasted a lot of time because of that. From the time Steve came on board, the views for my properties increased dramatically, and even though they were older homes in need of remodeling, Steve was able to find buyers and keep me from foreclosure. He is honest, forthcoming, and dedicated to his clients. I highly recommend Steve Trang if you need an honest, dedicated realtor. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Steve and his associates! Home buying is a daunting task, especially for a first time home buyer. Steve and his team were responsive, patiently answered all my questions, and were able to process everything in a timely manner. What's even more impressive is that after I bought the house, Steve came to my aid and personally called me when I was having issues with the home warranty company. Steve stressed the importance of customer service when we first met, and it shows that he really does care about his customers. Highly recommended! read more

Steve Trang and his team of realtors are educated beyond belief and they are super dedicated to clients! I love working with them!

I had Steve as my realtor. He was super patient and listened to our requirements. He showed us many houses in our range and made sure to help us with our many questions. He's congenial and didn't hesitate to reach out to us every step of the way. We finally did buy our house through him. Even a few years later he still calls to see how we are doing. Great guy and glad to feel more than just another number. I would and have recommended him to others! read more

Steve and his team are awesome. Super knowledgeable about the current market and navigating it. I work in a similar industry and know very well the difference between someone who you can trust to have your best interest in mind and someone to stay away from. You can trust what Steve and his team tell you. That's more important than anything.... read more

we were so fortunate to have found Steve as our agent when we first moved to Az. I recently sold a home through Steve's agency, Stunning Homes Realty. I chose a young agent because I thought it would be nice to give him a chance. I am a registered broker in the State of Illinois. This young agent, Dan Huerta, agreed that he and his broker would honor a referral fee, that "this is what they always do". I didn't get it in writing. When all was said and done, the agent told me, "Our broker was upset with the great deal we cut you at 5%...not only was it not the deal, I believe it is disrespectful of you to ask for an extra fee." I should have got it in writing. But what good is someone if they are not good for their word??? Anyone who is in the business knows that if a broker is not going to honor a referral fee, then we do not work with them. I have tried to call Steve and he has not returned any of my calls. I would not trust them to work with again. Really a huge disappointment. I've done this at least ten times before and all agents have been good for their word. read more

I have had the pleasure of working with Steve as my realtor twice. He was my agent when I bought my first home. I had no idea what I was doing and had never make that move before. Steve walked me through the whole process from start to finish. He made sure that my best interests were looked after, he answered or found answers to every question I had, he talked to me like a human and not a paycheck through every hesitation, reservation and every step along the way. When my mother got sick and I had to leave the state in a hurry, Steve was also there. After not having spoken to him in six years he answered the phone Hello Jaimus, and actually remembered who I was. He helped me sell my house and it was an amazing experience. What should have been a long road down a rocky hill was in fact a nice breezy walk. He worked hard and sold my house lightning fast and made sure i got the absolute very best price. Everything went without a hitch even with me being in another state. Steve's team are without a doubt top notch. They are all kind, professional, prompt and resourceful. I recommend Steve Trang with the upmost fervor. He is one in a million and a true gem in his field. read more
