She is an amazing negotiator, somehow managing to get our deal done for the house we moved into a week ago. She never brought us up to the top of our budget, and we actually went well under what we thought we'd spend. Our house never went on the market -- she is always looking and listening and found this house by walking by and inquiring with the contractor. It was by far the very best experience we've ever had with a realtor buying or selling our homes over the past 30+ years. We've worked with supposedly the "best of the best" talent, yet she by far exceeded every other realtor in getting things done. She is very reachable, helpful, and insanely knowledgeable! There's no BSing with her. If she's not sure of something (which is never), she'll find out the answer fast. She doesn't just make things up like so many realtors have done with us. She is extremely friendly and all around pleasant to be with. We became good friends in the process. The house we purchased was a complete remodel and she was a tremendous help to us during the whole process with numerous contractors. After working with our son for over a year in this insanely competitive market, she was able to negotiate their dream home and got it under contract this week, beating out dozens of other offers, even though theirs wasn't the highest. My husband and I were doubtful there would be a house that our son could get with multiple offers on every property. Neither we nor our son paid all cash which seems to be what it takes to compete and get the winning offer. Jennifer knew exactly how to guide us, was super creative in her structure of the offers, and went after both houses and got them! Boom! And as if the two weren't enough, 2.5 years ago before the big real estate boom, sold our daughter's house in a couple of days that was languishing on the market. This was after our daughter had to fire her deadbeat realtor who actually turned away several buyers, including an offer from the renters from across the street. They literally walked away from the deal saying, "we don't trust him and are heartbroken we can't go through with the deal." Jennifer came in, gave some excellent suggetions, hired a staging company, and got it sold! Thank God Jennifer came along!
