I complained about people parking in front or by my home and I was told to go hunting for where they lived so they can address the fine. I received a current violation without warnings. They stated I received two courtesy letters which we never received. The letter received already assessed a fine. Our neighbors and neighborhood doesn't follow any of our guidelines. People still park in the streets and by our house all the time. Trash cans never get put in back yards and stay in front of peoples homes. Garages are still used for living spaces . I got a fine for tree branches hitting our home. For a company that prides in customer service has ineffective communication with home owners who actually follow the rules but there are homeowners that continue to have non maintanced yards and trash bins in front of their yard.

Once we signed the lease they said they were going to put the place for sale. So there would be people coming and going to look at the place. This was so unacceptable as they should have told us they were planning on doing that or else we wouldn't have sighed the lease. So having to deal with people looking at a place was a big inconvenience. They realized they were having a hard time selling the place when we still had 8 months left on lease, so Tammy told us that if we moved out early they would buy our lease out for 5k. At the time we didn't have the time to move with school and what not, so we had a wait a couple months. But then things got rocky with my marriage so had to get a divorce. Told them we'd be moving out and told them the situation, she told us she'd still honor our agreement with buying us out for 5k. Once everything was moved out and found a new place I told Tammy we could meet up to give her the keys and inspect the place. She then said "sorry we have decided to continue the leash with you in peace and take the house off the market." I couldn't believe my ears! I told her I had already found a new place and moved in and mentioned our agreement. She said " I'm sorry but we don't have anything in writing." I felt so stupid but couldn't imagine someone being so cruel. This lady is the definition of evil. I don't know why she did this, assuming they had a buyer that fell thru, and realized they could take my rent longer instead of having it empty while it was for sale. My husband then called Janet from his phone - no answer. I texted Janet and no answer. She finally texted back 20 minutes later, but didn't have the courage to call back. She somehow "failed" to put us on the calendar for today (05/31/2024). In the text message, she said they actually had someone submit an application 2 days ago and get approved. Great for the new tenants, but an unfortunate waste of our time. Janet had 2 days to reach out to cancel our tour. We had the tour scheduled prior to someone else's application being approved. It is 100+ degrees in Arizona. I'm 5 months pregnant and we brought along our 2 year old because we were excited to do the tour together only to waste our time. I DONT RECOMMEND. DO BETTER JANET.
