Michael lied and neglected to inform the other agent involved about the mold problem. To make matters worse, he advised the homeowner to cover it up with special mold paint in order to sell the property quickly and make it appear in better condition than it actually was, all for the sake of closing the deal and securing the money. My wife & I found Mike through his Instagram probably over a year ago (which is awesome, by the way!). We were waiting until the right time to start our home buying journey and reach out to Mike.
