Be cautious when dealing with Michael D. Elena. They failed to disclose critical information prior to purchasing a home, particularly about a mold issue. Michael lied and neglected to inform the other agent involved about the mold problem. To make matters worse, he advised the homeowner to cover it up with special mold paint in order to sell the property quickly and make it appear in better condition than it actually was, all for the sake of closing the deal and securing the money. His actions reflect a lack of professionalism, focusing more on profit and exploiting others for personal gain. There's more but I'll keep it short and simple. My wife & I found Mike through his Instagram probably over a year ago (which is awesome, by the way!). We were waiting until the right time to start our home buying journey and reach out to Mike.
