Which is why I am so glad I chose the Turner Koga Team of Cassandra Koga and Rebecca Turner to be my Realtors. I cannot adequately express how impressed I was with their expertise, their knowledge of the housing market, their ability to find several qualified buyers, willing to pay more than the asking price, basically after only one showing! I was also impressed with their ability to get things done, without my hardly having to lift a finger. They essentially did everything, keeping me informed the whole time. It was indeed a pleasure to know and work with them. And I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home.

Despite having owned and sold two homes prior, we didn't really know where to start with a new construction and we relied heavily on their expertise and advice to get us started and through the process with our builder. I truly believe we had a relatively smooth build due to Mark and Mickie's presence with the builder project managers and sales office. We had so many questions during the build process and both Mark and Mickie were able to answer them quickly and effectively. Their skill also helped us make better informed choices that will ultimately provide us a higher return on our investment. Without the Newman's, I fear we would have not allocated our money optimally towards options and possibly overspent in the wrong areas. Mickie's eye for design, general cost of upgrades and knowledge of what sells a home helped us make the overwhelming fast-paced two-day design center appointments much easier and cost-effective. After our pre-drywall inspection, we had a serious concern brought to our attention and Mark was persistent in getting the matter addressed by the project managers and was able to reach a resolution to ensure our safety. I would never want to build a home without realtor help. There were many instances throughout the process where we wondered, "Is this normal?" and Mark and Mickie were both right there to tell us yes or no, and if no, they followed up on our behalf, which really saved our sanity. We are so thankful we had this honest, hardworking and personable team on our side.

During our transaction, she allowed individuals to access our property without notifying us, which was both frustrating and concerning as homeowners. Additionally, she publicly shared contracted terms of properties on social media, a practice that is generally considered inappropriate within the industry and one that can negatively impact sellers. Throughout the process, communication was often dismissive when concerns were raised, and accountability seemed lacking. While every transaction can have challenges, professionalism, transparency, and respect for clients and other parties involved are essential. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to carefully evaluate who they choose to represent them and to ensure their expectations regarding communication and professional conduct are clearly understood from the outset.

We sold our home in about 3 weeks in the middle of the COVID lockdown for exactly what we wanted. This was due to not only the changes made but the beautiful marketing materials her group put together. When it came to finding a new home, Shelby traipsed all over the valley showing us homes either that we found, or she found. She spent many hours trying to find something that fit our needs. We ended up buying a brand-new home and while we did not have to use Shelly to get this done, she took such good care of us and took us to so many homes before we made our decision, we felt she deserve the extra commission. Shelby and her team were very instrumental in the negotiating process on the purchase as well as walking us through the purchase process which as I stated we had not done in 18 years. Oh, and the housewarming gift was amazing!!! I could not for the life of me, use another broker should we need one in the future.
