This company was recently contracted to handle the HO a dues for my association. I have been contacting them leaving them messages now for over a week and I can't even get anybody to call me back! The only thing I get are uneducated receptionist that won't give me any information of what's going on with my account and then they transfer me to a person that I have left several voicemails for all week and they still don't call me back! then when I contact the main office again to start complaining saying hey no one's calling me back they just transfer me right back to the same non-calling back person. Attention HoAs, if you actually want to get payments for your properties you might want to consider firing these people read more

I give this company no stars!! I live in A small gated community with 2 pools as the only amenities in Mesa and pay a small fortune every month to my Hoa which the board consist of a bunch of old, white people that don't represent the people that live in this community at all..not only that but the mismanagement of money is disgraceful to say the very least !! I have attached pictures of pool chairs that costs$5000, and a sign that's costs $6000, and a planter that looks like an above ground tomb that cost $12,000 this is outrages and it doesn't cost this management company $350 to process a new owner!!! People need to understand what these transfer fees are and what they go to, and I have contacted Megan Gravett a few times via email and so has other owners in this community and have not gotten a response so if I could give this company no stars I would !!! Megan has also lied about these pool chairs and we are over it as a community, This company is horrible!! read more

If PMG is in your community get them out. If it is a developer controlled community they will go to any extent to control your HOA and your money. In Lake Shore Habour at the front of the community where the model homes are and where they are selling homes the landscaping looks great. Go three blocks in the community and its bare dirt around the trees. The top three positions of the HOA are the developer. Guess what happens with that! I've had a nice, professional relationship with PMG for 13 years until this Spring. I don't know what's happened but they are now pulling some very shady antics by bringing back old fines that were waived years ago and hiding other fines that I never received notice of under what they call a software change that creates an account you really can't see. When I tried to defend myself and send backup and appeals, they have begun frequenting my property more than usual in what seems to be an attempt to retaliate against and harass us. Their so-called vice president even emailed me at almost midnight one night. I'm not really sure what to do than keep defending myself and keep written records. read more

This company has an accounting department who is misleading, does not provide accurate information over the phone, thus causing homeowners to end up being delinquent on on their fees. When I called accounting, the person was argumentative and said the word "damn". I asked her not to swear at me and she said "damn" is not a swear word which irritated me and I will admit I swore back at her due to her unprofessional attitude. I then called back and asked to speak with the office manager who identified himself as being the CFO. When I tried to explain why I was calling, he said he overheard the previous conversation and said swearing was a 2 way street. He said due to my being argumentative, he did not have time for me and hung up on. This company is definitely not professional when dealing with homeowners. Unfortunately, they have the final say and homeowners end up paying ridiculous late fees which could be waived. read more

Not sure what they actually do for us, besides strip us of services and raise dues. They seem to raise our dues and give us less, every year. 1. One of the reasons I decided to by a home in a community managed by PMG, was because of the gated entry. I moved in in 2009 and the gates was finally fixed in 2014. This is another cost they tried to pass on to homeowners when it is their responsibility. When homeowners called them out on yet another issue they are responsible, they decided to raise our dues by $3 and not make us pay for them up front. They decided to replace the gates with what appears to be less than commercial grade hydraulics. They obviously didn't learn their lesson. The quality of the openers is why they didn't work for so long. They decided to go almost the same route and have us leave the gates open Monday-Friday due to the fact that the hydraulics aren't high enough quality to handle the traffic. 2. In 2010, PMG Services tried telling homeowners that it was our fault that the paint was chipping on the outside of the cinder block walls. In the letter, that I still have, PMG Services tried telling us that we need to stop watering our backyards so much and that this was the cause of the paint chipping. After homeowners found out about this, there was backlash and most of us didn't even have grass in the back. In my case, I have no grass and not near enough moisture from my drip system to cause this, as my drip system doesn't com very close to the walls. 3. In 2015, the board of directors decided to bypass homeowners and remove the grass from our front yards. I spoke to Cherish Smith, who was not able to tell me anything, that there may or may not have been a letter that was sent a year or two ago. Detailed, I know. She was incapable of checking her own records as to when a letter may or may not have gone out to homeowners for this proposal. I asked if our dues would be reduced since the majority of our dues goes to landscaping, but no. They will not be reduced. ON the phone, Cherish claims that the board of directors wants to conserve water, but in the letter Cherish sent, she said is was to reduce re-sodding costs. The community has never done a mass re-sodding. If any, maybe a patch or two here and there. Nowhere near the $15k (annually) she mentioned they do every year. The only troubled grass area is a large grassy field in the middle of the community. This is a trouble area because it is not watered. They actually stopped watering it. Other items to note: 1. Broken fire lane sign in front yard for months 2. Broken tree support for months (Cherish claims that they go through communities and make sure the landscapers are doing their jobs, obviously not.) 3. They gave us 1 dog bag dispenser/trash. That's probably why there is still dog feces throughout our neighborhood. 4. Speed bump has been broken for months 5. Pest control? The only pest control I have seen is the individual homeowners for their own homes. Nothing community wide. 6. Street sweeping? I've never seen a street sweeper in my community. The only street cleaning is by the landscaping crew with their blowers. 7. Winter Lawn - We are charged $2400 annually for winter lawn but yet they don't plan on reducing monthly dues after they take my grass. 8. Landscape improvement? Appears to only be maintenance. I have not seen a major landscaping overhaul since I have lived here. I spoke with Cherish Smith on the phone, who is my community manager, and she was unable to answer any of my questions. She was incapable of checking PMG Service records as to who may have been the community manager in the past. PMG Service either doesn't keep those records or Cherish was too lazy to check the records. Any business I have worked with has always been able to consult their records for past information. At first, she said she didn't know and I asked her to check her records. She didn't and the threw out two names as it could have been one or the other. Still failing to check records, if they even keep them. PMG Service is quick to raise your dues and fine you for a garbage can but yet can even assist a homeowner when it is needed. And she claims I was rude when she can't even do her job. Cherish sent our a letter to the community on March 20, 2015. Yes, just last week. She was not able to tell me anything about the letter other than the fact that the board wanted her to communicate to homeowners. Really? You signed the letter and you can't tell me anything? At the end of the call, she said she no longer had time to speak with me. She also said she will be sending me an email that I never received. I was told by the receptionist, Megan, to contact Cherish for any questions and concerns about my community. Too bad Cherish won't answer those questions. read more

Of all the 'management companies' Dana Ranch Villas has had, this one is the worst. I cannot get ANYTHING done because the 'manager' (apparently in name only) has accused me of threating her (which I have not and would not as I have more class than that) and refuses to answer my emails concerning serious issues about an overgrown tree in the front of my home. It's only going to take one microburst to send this tree falling and I will not be held accountable for the damages it will cause. And yes, they and this 'superlative' board have raised HOA MONTHLY fees to a scary amount. I am in the process of getting the heck out of this miserable state and I will NEVER buy a home with an HOA where a condescending management company calls the shots,. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. read more

Well. . . this company manages our neighborhood and collects HOA fees. They do keep the grass green in the public area. That is about all I can say good for them. The common pool area has been broken down and in disarray for the past two years. They bought cheap chairs and tables to replace very good quality furniture (old), and of course, the broke down, because they were not for commercial use. Every time we have an issue in the neighborhood -- disorderly neighbors, dogs out of control, etc. and contact them, they rarely respond to our emails. When they do, it is to tell us what they CANNOT do to solve the problem. After several emails, they finally said, "You have to file a formal complaint for me to be able to do anything", and included the formal complaint form. (WHY was that not said upon receiving our FIRST email. Wow. Disappointed with their response and ability to resolve any problems in the neighborhood. read more

This is one of the worst HOA! What do they do? Probably nothing! I have called and left numerous messages since Oct 2014 but no one ever returned my calls. Our street light has been out for over a year but they have done nothing. It's pitch dark out at night and it's a safety issue for the neighbors. I contacted the city but they weren't able to help since it's HOA's responsibility. What kind of HOA is this? They suck money from the home owners but avoids them when there is a problem they need to fix. But of course if you leave a step stool out for couple of days then they will hunt you down. PMG, especially their representative Julie Cowand, is always there for our community's need. Julie is GREAT to work with and incredibly talented at keeping our community on track and looking fantastic. As the former President of a Home Owners Association in the East Valley, I worked very closely with PMG Services. We were forced to terminate a previous management company because of their ineptitude and lack of follow-through. Switching over to PMG was an immediate success. The professionalism of everyone on the PMG team helped our HOA get back on track and in fiscal order again. I highly recommend PMG. Their staff are knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. I am absolutely at the end of my rope with this company. They held up the sale of my house for weeks, and once in, they do not maintain the property well. There is constantly trash floating around, they don't maintain the pool and spa and grills, the garbage in the pool area is always overflowing, and the grill doors have been hanging off since I moved in a year and a half ago. It took more than three months for me to get my pool key. I got no information about the community or neighborhood when I moved in. Some people in the neighborhood went around to have people sign a petition to have a meeting about how shoddily they're maintaining the property and how unaccountable they are. They gave us 4 days notice of the meeting when they did hold it more than two months later. After complaining about this shoddy maintenance, especially after they raised the rates, they started harassing me and fining me for things that either I never had, or took care of as soon as I got their letter. I see the woman from there stalking my house every week just looking for something to pick on-never mind that there are several houses in the neighborhood overgrown with weeds, crumbling walls, you name it. Then they send each letter separately, so my mailbox will literally be full of them. read more

PMG Services Vice President Maggie Story was contacted due to negligence (lawn company owner stated his company was negligent) conducted on the lot that joins my house and my neighbors house. The Lawn Company destroyed the shade the tree provided for my Meditation and Community Garden and her comment was, "What do you want me to do, glue the limbs back on the tree?" I felt no support. She even indicated that I had no right to ask the sub contractor what his credentials were when he came on my property to discuss the damage done. read more

This company is an absolute JOKE! Tried to follow their changing rules. They will NOT respond to emails or voice mails. Dozens of messages go unanswered. If you do get ahold of someone the first response is to send you to voicemail. The ONLY way to get their attention is demanding answer from someone in charge. And as you can imaging...you are fed lip service the first second. No real answers until you start screaming at them. Anybody else would get fired for being so incompetent! This company auto debited my account for 2 months AFTER I sold my home. When I called them after the first time, the VP (Bruce) said he would fix it and cut me a check to reimburse me. Then it happened again... and a check was never cut. Turns out that Bruce lied to me saying they couldn't automatically return the funds via electronic transfer (Amee the Accounting person refunded within a day via electronic transfer). To make them even more of a joke- the title company that handled the sale of my home said they had not deposited 3 checks covering the expenses for the new buyer... and the checks were sent over a month ago. Horrible VP. Horrible organization. Amee was the only person who knew how to handle customers and do her job. read more

As far as HOAs go they arnt too bad. After few weeks from buying my forecloser they fined me for non-compliance in resolving my yard issue. After contacting them and letting them know of the situation. we were able to resolve the it with no fine. Only reseason they dont get the 5 stars is I beleive that I shouldnt have been fined in the first place...Nice people though : ) read more
