    This company manages our HOA and has increased it by over 55% ($243 to $380) this past year at Fiesta Park Village. This is absolutely unacceptable and does not appear to meet our CC&Rs. Homeowners were never notified of a vote and if the board made the decision on their own shame on them. I will be pursuing legal action to have the change in our HOA fees analyzed for continuity with our governing documents and open a civil lawsuit if found in violation.

    ZERO STARS if I could…read more This company should not be in business. The house we rented in Phoenix through 480 Realty and Property Management was absolutely unlivable from day one. It was filthy dirty when we moved in -- human and dog hair everywhere, a disgusting couch we had to pay to have professionally cleaned, and it took us two full weeks of deep cleaning just to make it barely tolerable. Every couple of days there was another water leak. The irrigation system constantly leaked, water seeped into the ground, and we were slammed with a $5,000 water bill that the company refused to cover. The backyard was a hazardous mess full of broken glass. The pool was a disaster too -- green water 24/7, unusable and unsafe. When it came time to move out, they kept our deposit, even though the property was left in far better condition than we found it. To make matters worse, the so-called manager, Mario, has a reputation (confirmed by multiple handymen sent to "fix" things) for being the worst in the business. RUN AWAY whenever you see 480 Realty and Property Management -- this company is nothing but a nightmare

A good friend of mine had a wonderful experience with a particular realtor by the name of Val Razo. I also do recall that through her process of selling her home and buying a new home she spoke highly of Val. I decided to hire Val Raxo as my new realtor and I was very happy that I did. Val worked with my work schedule which meant being available late in the evenings as well as early morning hours. Val was always available by cell anytime of the day and helped me to find help with doing repairs to get my home ready for the market. He worked nonstop to bring in potential buyers and held all day open houses based around my schedule. Val also searched many other neighborhoods for the right house including in other counties. My home was sold quickly based on a solid listing and found a solid quality nicely priced home in the location that I wanted. Fast turnaround time and it was all contributed to my realtor. If you are looking for a hard working honest and super nice individual, I highly recommend Val Razo for any real estate business as he will get the job done.
