I even received these two dresses a day ahead of the day they promised they would be ready. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because of the cheap dry cleaners style bags the alterations department covered my expensive gowns in when I picked them up. After spending as much money as I did on the gowns and the alterations, I expected a garment bag that is at least as thick as the plastic garment bags customers receive at other large, nice department stores. I will need to transfer these dresses into another garment bag.

The front desk person knew nothing and the lady had no desire to help. She made a call and said no thanks. Not sure how 511's can't be exchanged at 511 store.
