Great customer service. Treated with respect, knowledge and overall a great experience.

This was my second time at Gucci (first was the Ala Moana location) and wanted to treat myself to a bag. I was afraid that I would be discriminated against or looked down on for not looking well-dressed or put together because that's how I felt at the other location. However, the staff proved me wrong and was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. I was helped by Junko right away and told her what I was looking for. She guided me over to the bag that I wanted and let me try it on. I loved it and she told me she would clean up a new one in the back. We walked around for a bit and Junko came back and asked if we needed anything else. Eventually, we paid and left. Overall, my experience at the Waikiki location was better than the Ala Moana one. The staff at the front and Junko were amazing and very polite. Ask for Junko if you're ever here!

Great experience!! The person that helped us was Ken Vu. He was absolutely a delight and knew his stuff. We arrived here after we shopped at several Louis Vuitton stores. Ken showed us several different bags and showed us around the store. We end up snagging a crossbody and wallet here. Thank you for the wonderful service and attentiveness :)

I came here during COVID, this store, like all high end stores follows guidelines to ensure that all guests receive proper safety measures and only allows a certain number of guests at a time. We were at the LV store and they didn't have anything I wanted in stock. YSL was second on my list but came to Gucci because it was about a block away. We waited in line for a half an hour before we were let in. I had only wanted to browse but found a large Marmont purse that I couldn't resist! I got it in a cream color because hubs liked it more than the black, which was my choice. But after thinking about it, I have a TON of black purses and cream is a nice addition to my collection! I went back again and found a tote that I had to get! I bought another black bag, lol! Overall, I'm happy with my purchases! I was a bit annoyed at times with my salesperson...he needs more customer service training!

So the first time I ever been in Gucci to spend money on myself and it felt good. Great customer service and they seemed very eager to please and get as much money from you they can. Lol I mean I wanted to spend more but my humbleness got the best of me because I'm not a person that does it like that but I deserved this so much cuz I worked so hard. I'm waiting for them to release some shoes in my size. I enjoyed the experience.

May 2024, I love me some Gucci and this location customer service is outstanding. They definitely make you feel special and the staff were patient and friendly. I couldn't decide what bag to get and she helped me narrow it down. Definitely will be back. Hawai'i price is definitely lower than the mainland and the tax is much lower. So it's a win win for me.

Wrapped to perfection and in Xmas colors too!

This is the location on luxury row in Waikiki. It is one of the largest Gucci stores. They are currently celebrating their 100 years. I came here to purchase I hat I wanted that I saw online. They were out of stock but Mi Ran helped me and ordered it from Vegas. I came in to pick it up and it was gorgeous! But it didn't fit me right. So I instead did some early Christmas shopping and got my sister a card holder and my mom a card holder. Mi Ran was so nice and thoughtful. She gave me some candies to celebrate the Gucci 100 year anniversary and showed me their special collection. They sold out of the purse I liked. This is a beautiful boutique, they have hand sanitizer as you walk in. Someone is assigned to help you if you don't already have an SA. You can valet park at the ritz Carlton up till 8 pm. Just get your ticket validated.

The Merrie Monarch vibes must have kicked in and I had to finally pop that cherry. I initially went with my hula family and used that time to soak everything in. The next day I went back alone to purchase a few items I couldn't stop thinking about. Both Nāpali and Hōkūpa'a hyped me up during my visit and all items I tried on was sold on the spot. Countless hugs and mahalo were exchanged during my encounter with them. Again, I had to go in a third time just to mahalo your (business) ʻohana during my trip to Hilo! Just about a week later I figured I would "window shop" again during my lunch break at South Shore Market and I was able to catch up with Hōkūpa'a. Then after some time of being educated about the items at the store I was sold again - resulting in me purchasing even more items than I did in Hilo! More hugs and mahalo were shared that day. I can't thank Nāpali a me Hōkūpa'a and the rest of the Salvage Public ʻohana enough for your continued legendary service every time I visit.

The brand has a long history in street culture, and this location reflects that identity with a clean and minimalist retail space focused entirely on the clothing. The store layout is simple and well organized, which makes it easy to browse through the collections. Racks feature a mix of graphic tees, hoodies, hats, and other staple pieces that the brand is known for. The designs maintain the classic Stüssy style that blends surf, skate, and street culture influences. One thing that makes this location interesting is the connection between the brand and Hawaii's surf culture. Stüssy originally emerged from surf roots in California, and seeing the brand represented in a place like Waikiki feels very fitting. The shop tends to attract both visitors and locals who are interested in streetwear and limited releases. The environment inside is relaxed and focused more on the clothing itself rather than flashy retail design. What stood out to me most was how the store maintains the authenticity of the Stüssy brand while fitting naturally into the Waikiki shopping scene. Although not at the scale of the Tokyo Ginza flagship, it's one of the global chain's larger stores with an expansive multi-floor space. They offer the Brands Hawaiian Loco line, which is quite a distinct array of T-shirts spotlighting locally renowned businesses like Leonard's Bakery, Hawaiian Airlines, and Zippy's. I even bought one featuring a bowl of Zippy's saimin called Zipmin (Photo 4). I also really liked their line of aloha shirts because designs came from top quality Japanese block prints. I fell in love with one shirt based on Hokusai's "The Great Wave Off Kanagawa". I had never seen one like that before. They even offer opportunities to customize T-shirts and tote bags using exclusive designs from local artists. There's enough here to justify a shopping expedition.
